We stayed 3 nights in the home, combining a day trip to Joshua tree national park, and a day at the Indian wells tennis tourney. The home was large, clean, and conveniently located. The backyard was a relaxing oasis, with fresh citrus fruit trees and plenty of seating. There was enough parking for our 3 cars. The game room was a surprise bonus! I would stay here again. No hassles and easy to live in.

Great place for the fam

We needed a place to stay for a few days and this spot was great. The house is close to all kinds of stuff and our kids had a blast between swimming and using the game room.

Nice house on quiet street

We enjoyed our stay in this house! A very nice host in a quiet neighborhood easy accessible to Higheay111 and Palm Desert. Pool was clean and the backyard smelled like lemon and orange blossoms!

Great location for anything around The Empire Polo Club

Nice house that is getting updated - bathrooms and kitchen were well done. Fun rec room in the garage with games for the kids and adults. Nice pool and fruit trees in backyard are fun. Still some updating that needs to be done here and there but overall a nice place!

Getaway

We had a great stay and had no problems with the place. Check-in was very easy and the property manager was very quick to respond. The yard was our main reason for the stay and we had a great time. Be warned the neighbors both have dogs and we had some trouble sleeping but nothing the owner can do about that!

Nice relaxing getaway

Really nice little weekend getaway. The house was clean and I loved that the house had plenty of amenities. My daughter loved the game room. The only thing I would say is to maybe put TVs in the rooms other than that my stay was great. I would stay here again. The owner answered any of my questions in a timely manner. He was very accommodating made my stay comfortable thank you.

Even though the furniture and furnishings were very dated, the home was very clean. The bathrooms and kitchen appear to have been recently remolded and were very nice. It could, however, be decorated better with pictures, etc. to give a more welcoming feeling. Overall, it served our purpose and the owner was very responsive to our needs.

Indian Wells weekend

This house has lots of deferred maintenance and was missing many basics like hand towels and a sponge for the kitchen. Dining room chairs were all stained and the furniture was badly worn. The house was way over-priced for the condition of the interior. With that said, it was close to the tennis garden, which is where we spent most of our time.

Not what I expected

Well, while I enjoyed time with the family at the rental, the rental was definitely not what it should have been. When we got there, the kids went into the pool and found a huge wad of hair. The pool guy showed up (albeit very nice and quick) unannounced a day later to clean the pool. There were mostly smoked joints littered on the patio. And the flies- good lord! There were dozens of flies swarming the porch the whole stay and fly bags everywhere that smelled like rotten meat. We spent 4 days taking turns swatting off the disgusting swarm of flies. It really put a damper on things since we wanted to spend most of the time outside. The grill was covered in an inch of dirt and when you turned the misters on it would flood the deck around the grill so you had to walk through muddy water to tend to the food. All and all it was a mediocre stay and we won't be staying here again.

Great time

Went for my son's 16th b day. It was a great relaxing time and my son and his friend and our 2 kids had a blast the pool and diving board was amazing and the misters gave it an extra chill vibe. Will stay her again next time we visit Indio.

Disappointed

The property itself was nice. However the neighbors on both sides were noisy. One had loud rap music playing the other was doing construction. The landscape guy showed up in the backyard without warning. Took most of the morning away from us in the pool. Disappointing.
