The pools were clean but starting to show their age. The staff at first check in were to busy yelling at a customer on the phone they didn't even acknowledge that I was there . The hotel is in desperate need of maintenance. The pools are in desperate need of maintenance. One good thing was the restaurant. Dinner was great and so was the service

I wasn’t aware medium age of travelers is like 80. Rooms are VERY outdated. They say there are 8 pools. More like one pool and 7 hot tubs. The Capri restaurant on site has great food at affordable prices. I see some reviews saying food is expensive but I’m not sure where u get a breakfast for 10-12$ or dinner sub 20 that tastes absolutely amazing..

We had my two small grandchildren and the hotel was supposed to be no smoking but it reeked of the smell of weed in the hallways and by the pool. Very sketchy area and guests. Would not go back!! Although the pool area was very nice with all the different pools.

I checked in later in the evening, the person checking me in was rude. No food was available, tried the vending machine which took my money but wouldn’t release the item. Told the msn at the front desk who couldn’t care or less. Went to the room, the water from the tub spout kept leaking and the ribbon my room was dirty. Checked out and told the girl at the front desk how unhappy I was and she looked at me and just said “have a nice day”

We often go to this Hot Springs for its value for money, but the jacuzzi is often under repair. Sometimes we smell marijuana in the pool area and sometimes the room smells marijuana too. Other than that, I love spending time here with friends.

The pool is aged. the carpet need updating in the hallway. it looks worn out and not clean. there was a laundry fire and the alarm was just a loud noise. i thought there was something wrong in my room and was looking to turn off the alarm. it would be nice if it had said fire and had flashing lights for the hard of hearing.

I usually really love this place but this time they had a huge event going on there were rude kids running up n down the halls knocking on my door the roof was leaking water the sink was leaking water it was not as enjoyable as I would of liked this weekend was my birthday so it really kind of sucked .
