The airconditioning blew directly down on us while we were sleeping. This made it difficult to sleep. The ice maker was not operational. There was no fire extenguisher in the hall where there was a place for one. No base boards. Everything was painted white - even the numbers on the doors. Parking felt safe, but only in the back. We were able to find parking in the back, but it was very limited.

The Royal plaza is in the middle of everywhere it's easy to get around it's easy to get in and out of the hotel and it's safe and it's private
