The room was very quiet and clean. Bathroom excellent too. Useful to have a fridge and a kettle I paid extra for a terrace with a cathedral view. Worth every cent Breakfast was delicious

The hotel is located on one of the main big boulevards and is central to everything. We walked everywhere. It is clean, well appointed, friendly staff. Would like to specifically commend front desk clerk Manuel who was extremely helpful with directions, suggestions on where to go, and much more.

Great location, most sites walkable within 15 minutes, lots of bars & restaurants within 2-3 (but still quiet). Staff friendly and keen to help, but sometimes slightly not on point (eg waited a bit too long for drinks we ordered, the cap on my shower soap dispenser hadn't been removed causing me to have to do a work around until I could get hold of the cleaner, and of course you only discover these things when actually in the shower!). Staff Probably just stretched as they were friendly and helpful. Rooms a bit small, but hey, this is a very central property and anyway you are out exploring mst of the day. Great bang for the buck when compared to similar properties (maybe they have bigger rooms?). Would definitely stay here again.

I was given the accessible room which was appreciated. The facilities were suitable for a disabled person - large bathroom and shower that were wheelchair accessible, seat in shower, sink that was accessible with wheelchair, rails beside toilet. There was ample room in bedroom to manoeuvre a wheelchair. The lift was adequate size and there is a rear entrance that is wheelchair friendly. The floors really needed a good mop and there was some mould in shower. I thought the breakfast was good but it’s important to know about the “egg” options - no one mentioned it. It’s a good quiet central location.

The hotel is in a strategic place, you can reach all the main attraction by walking and biking. Near the hotel there are the bus stops to go to some of the main beaches. The staff is excellent and always kind and helpful. Great choice!

Nice enough hotel but bar disappointing- no ambience. Located in nice neighbourhood but maybe 1/2 kilometre too far from centre. Staff very pleasant and helpful.
