The best location, with a fabulous room and view!

Gorgeous hotel in a great, central location. There's several pools and the one on the top floor/sky bar has the most beautiful views. The rooms have everything you need, including a good, powerful, spacious shower, well lit bathroom (ladies, we know how rare this is!), a comfortable bed and cushions. Again, a beautiful view over the pool and Cathedral. Breakfast had everything you wanted too. I may have had a bellini one morning! All the staff were friendly and welcoming. I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located just 10 minutes from the port and Cathedral and minutes to shopping and several dining options. We enjoyed watching the vibrant city of Palma from our deck.

I have stayed at this hotel 15 times amd I have never been disappointed. The addition of the new spa & gym has been a good asset, tho the jacuzzi could be warmer!

Great time

We had a great time. The hotel was very well located, had a rooftop with cocktails and nice views of the Cathedral. The facilities were amazing, we loved relaxing in the sauna and pool. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Really impressed by the hotel, it was a very welcoming establishment with good staff and stunning outdoor space. The rooftop pool was chilly but a great asset, the room was clean, large and had a big bed and a very good rainfall shower. On our last day we left our bags, prebooked the shower room for 3pm and then had a great time on the beach. The airport bus goes from just over the road and is 5€ each. I'd stay here again!!

Excellent location for the area with a 10min walk to the cathedral and centre where restaurants and shops are abundant. The hotel is beautiful and we would return the staff especially Heidi were helpful. My slight issue was the breakfast as we do not eat pork it was limited to eggs nothing like a vegetarian sausage to add but apart from that we managed as everything else was perfect

Would recommend the Saratoga. Our balcony caught the morning sun. Was in walking distance of good restaurants, bars, shops, marina and Cathedral. Enjoyed having drinks in the sun on rooftop bar taking in the amazing view. Staff very helpful.

This is a nice looking, modern hotel that is very well situated for the city. It is walking distance to shops and restaurants. It had a nice roof-top terrace which I think was adults only. Unfortunately the bar/cafe wasn't open when we stayed. We had a lovely Junior Suite - not a great view but it is a city hotel. On the downside the breakfasts were 'just ok' and the soundproofing in the room was terrible. We requested a move part way through our stay due to noise from a family above us and next door. To be fair, we were given another room very quickly (hotel was obviously not full) On more than one occasion the noise from children in the pool beside the Spa was so bad that we felt we couldn't sit out there and that is when we used the roof-top terrace.
