ABOUT THE VILLA
Located in Costa Bravaâs Golden Triangle, Casa*Aire rests on the beautiful mountain slope of Mas Tomasiâs southern hillside residential neighborhood. There nestled between its medieval town and pristine 3.5 km coastline beach, this sunny and airy hilltop villa hosts an inviting and refreshing pool perched up on a wide open elevated terrace boasting majestic sunsets and breathtaking 180° mountain views. During Summer evenings the property receives crosswinds from both the sea and mountains offering cool Summer night breezes, gazing starlit skies and relaxing moonlights. The villa resides on a very safe private street with a cul-de-sac at the end of it, and plenty of free street parking right in front of the house with both street and outdoor property lighting for the pool, terrace, and itâswell lit two level staircases. Across the street thereâs also direct access to Mas Tomasiâs Nature Reserve Park and all its color-coded hiking trails through forest hills, or gentler walking paths to Pals Beach, and the charming towns of Begur and Pals.
Casa*Aire is situated within Costa Brava's picturesque medieval towns Begur, Pals and Peratallada by where all three historic villages are within a 5-15 minute drive to each other. In each enchanting village you'll find cobblestone lined streets with authentic medieval architecture, artisan shops, and a lineage of family style Mediterranean Spanish restaurants, tapas bars, and a growing culinary repertoire of global fusion menus. At the entrance of our neighborhoodâs Mas Tomasiâs mesa top we have a Jodofi Supermarket, Bakery, Magazine
Smoke shop, and across its street a pharmacy and fishmonger, all just a 2 minute ride to the house, while offering plenty of restaurants within a 5 mile radius of the house. Pals is also host to one of the longest fine golden sand beaches in Costa Brava, just 5 minutes by car from the villa property, and in close proximity (5-15 minutes) to any of Begurâs and Esclanyaâs peaceful coastal beach coves: La Sa Riera, Sa Tuna, Aiguafreda, Aiguablava, Fornells and Tamariu.
Casa Aire* is a SMOKE FREE property best suited toward welcoming families, nature lovers, and sport-driven individuals. The property unfortunately is not beneficial or physically appropriate to accommodate families with very young children under 4 years (however younger children will be considered and agreed to under special conditions, please contact us prior to booking); senior citizens, individuals with health conditions or the disabled due to the stairs. This is also a PET-FREE accommodation that does not accept rentals of youth parties or individuals who expect to use the property as a partying scene. This is a very quiet private street with a noise curfew of 11pm implemented by the residential community.
We look forward to welcoming and hosting guests who want to relax and unwind in the pool or on the terrace days or evenings with their friends and family, enjoying lovely meals and each otherâs company. INTERIOR SPACE
Casa Aire offers a sunny bright villa with clean updated modern furniture and full house amenities. The house has 3 adorable bedrooms and a capacity for 6 people, with 2 double bedrooms each with their own full closets, and one bedroom with 2 single stacked beds, storage and hanging facilities. There is a full bathroom with shower (no bathtub) hair dryer and iron availability. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, tea/coffee machines, ample counter space, mini island, dining area, work/desk station; And provides two relaxing and comfortable living-room seating areas that have both incredible forest and sunset views. The house offers air conditioning during the warm months and central heating during the cooler months. You'll have the entire rental space to yourself, and to share with the other registered house-guests in your group.
OUTDOOR LIVING

Other Things To Note
Casa*Aire provides guests their own entire 3 bedroom private rental unit, with private use of the pool area and itâs entire terrace space solely unto themselves. The owners are rarely there but when they are, they privately occupy the use of their own secondary personal unit upstairs without interfering with the guests stay. During mid/high season the owners employ a couple that reside in the secondary unit to service and take care of the grounds with gardening and property maintenance. They do not interfere with the guests stay, but are available to guests should you have any issues, concerns, questions or need assistance during your stay.
Casa Aire provides pool items such as umbrellas, floats and house toys to our guests and their children. Beach items such as floats, umbrellas, towels, toys and chairs are available and obtained at Begur Rentals. Property from the house must always remain on the property. If not, a fee or reimbursement cost will be charged to guests stay.
Casa Aire is a FIRM SMOKE FREE and PET FREE property, pets and smoking are not permitted under any circumstances. Unfortunately we have guests that are allergic to animal skin and hair dander.
Before reserving the house at Begur Rentals please read the booking conditions and house rules. Water consumption will be controlled due to water restrictions approved by the Drought Decree.
