Overall this was a great condo and we would definitely stay here again! The room is great with an amazing balcony view of the ocean. The balcony lounge chairs were great for an evening nap or morning coffee. The only two complaints was that 1. the comforter in the main bedroom did not seem to be clean, but this was quickly remedied by the property owner and he was very fast to respond, and 2. The codes we were sent for the outside gates and pool access were not the right codes, so we couldn’t explore the property until the owner got back with us the next morning. But again, we would stay here again as everything else was perfect.

Great unit for family of 4!!

The unit and the facility were both very nice and clean our children loved the pools and beach. Very close to all you need for easy connivence. Check in/out was easy. ECDI assisted me quickly with a gate code not working. Other than that everything was very smooth with check-in and check out procedures ect. It was a great week and very relaxing vacation. We loved watching the Dolphins from the balcony in the mornings and the beautiful sunsets in the afternoon. A great destination for a family vacation. My only complaint about the unit is there was only one bathroom trashcan that was very rusty looking. Adding a new trash can to each bathroom would easily fix this. Other than this everything was perfect. We can’t wait to come back and enjoy Aqua again!!

The room was clean and beautiful. The view on the balcony was breathtaking. The bedrooms and living room provided all the space needed for gathering and sleeping and the kitchen was amazing for prepping and eating together. Access to the beach was easy and my son LOVED the pools. We definitely will return hopefully once a year to this exact same room!

Amazing views and quality for the price

This was one of our favorite places to stay so far. The location was perfect and we had almost everything we needed in the condo. We did have to request pillowcases and a new coffee maker, but we received them within a few hours. The lack of additional toilet paper and paper towels was a little annoying, but we bought some cheap stuff that we wouldn't mind leaving behind. The property is pretty clean. You can tell it's done by a cleaning crew that doesn't do a deep clean every time, but once in a while. As for the food and drinks downstairs... I'd recommend walking across the street or next door for something much better, but at least that was an option. Overall, we were very pleased and do plan on booking here again!

Overall good stay

The only complaint I’d say we had was the microwave needs to be repaired because you can only push certain buttons and the handle is close to breaking off. Everything else was perfect and I’d definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property

I was overwhelmed with how nice this unit was. Clean and well maintained. There were plenty of supplies for my entire stay. Aqua is a gorgeous complex with fantastic amenities. It is near Pier Park, so I had just a quick walk to a great shopping area. The beach is wonderful. The sunsets were breathtaking.

The property was great . Room was just as pictured. Was very clean with exception of the railing outside. There was only one extra garbage bag. And I didn’t find and extra rolls of toilet paper. Had to buy some. Other than that it was great. Would highly recommend.

Unit is nice but could be cleaner. They had not dusted the furniture. Second day we were there the disposal was jammed and didn’t work, they came that morning and fixed it . Later in week turned on hood vent and it would cut off. Sent several messages explaining it wont cut off and makes noise so had to listen to it for 2 days

The Aqua was a great resort! We walked in unit 2010 and it didn't disappoint. The unit was clean and was very well represented in the onli e description given on VRBO. Best of all, the view was magnificent! Another plus was all the games in the cabinet below the TV as well

Relaxing and Stress Free

From the time we booked to the time we left it was wonderful because we had no hassle or stress about our booking. The room was perfect for my family of 4 and was very clean and well stocked with towels and wash clothes. I hope to come back to stay again next year.

Vacation rental 2010

Vacation rental very nice and clean. Had an issue with A/C one day, it was fixed in a timely matter. All information we needed was sent before we arrived which made it a very easy check in and out process. Overall great place to stay.
