This ground floor location truly creates the ambiance of being in a beach house. The view of the pool, Gulf of Mexico, award winning beach, and the Russell-Fields fishing pier create the feeling of staying at a five star resort.

The Calypso is located on the snow-white, sugar sands of beautiful Panama City Beach. A convenient walk to Pier Park, City Pier, Gulf World, Calypso Cafe, and more. Minutes to Frank Brown Recreation Center (ballpark and aquatic center).

Relax and enjoy the ground floor convenience with an expansive ocean view. Our balcony is located at the gorgeous, tropical landscaped 175-foot heated, lagoon-style pool (one of two pools). You have complete balcony access and ocean and pool views from the living area, kitchen and master suite.

Our very spacious (1372 square feet) platinum unit. For our returning guests, you have a few surprises in store! (Including a 2nd King bed!) You will LOVE huge mirror above the sofa which perfectly reflects the sparkling turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. We could think of no better picture than the ocean LIVE!

Luxury accommodations are provided by a king in the master, king in the guest bedroom, and a
Queen in the third bedroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

There are many extras including nine-foot ceilings with crown molding, ceramic tile throughout (fewer allergens), granite counters in the bathrooms and kitchen, and full size washer and dryer located in a separate laundry room. A mirrored wet bar with recessed lighting to create your tropical drinks awaits you.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances and everything to make your vacation enjoyable. Cooking is a dream come true, with THAT VIEW from the kitchen sink, but there are so many restaurants in walking distance - it's a toss-up! Fun decisions!

Our unit has always been 100% NON-SMOKING, and beginning January 1, 2024 Calypso is now proud to be a SMOKE FREE RESORT!
Smoking is not allowed on the balconies.
Smoking includes e-cigarettes and vapor products.
In consideration of those who may have allergies, WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS.

Guests under age 25 must be accompanied by parents during the entire stay.

A $500 reservation/security deposit by major credit card or check will hold your reservation. A 25% payment will be due at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made 120 days in advance to receive refund. We only rent weekly during the peak seasons with a Saturday check in and checkout. There is a three day minimum stay during other periods. Payment in full is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Pam really has outdone herself with this condo. I have stayed in several condos in PCB and this one was by far my favorite, and I will use this condo everytime I go from now on. I loved being on the first floor. The view of the pool and ocean is amazing. It is within walking distance of several things including pier park. Every bed was comfortable and there were plenty of blankets and pillows for everyone. If you are looking to stay in PCB pick this condo, you won't be disappointed. We only had one hiccup entering the parking garage due to a code issue, but Pam was quick to help us out and the issue was resolved in minutes. Having a private parking space under the condo was also a big plus. I rate this condo 10/10!!

We had the greatest time @ this condo! You absolutely walk in to anything you could ever need to cook, relax or spend a day @ the pool or beach! The amenities are endless & condo was spotless. The resort is well maintained & the security guards are a constant presence @ the pool to ensure safety of the guests. The location is perfect for dining, shopping or entertainment for kids. The owner is very responsive to inquiries or concerns. We are ready for our next stay!!

We just checked out today and we would highly recommend staying in this specific room. The owner is very friendly and easy to communicate with! It is very clean, we didn't see one bug which is not always the case. The AC works great too a lot of places aren't cool enough for us but this was great. They have definitely took time to stock the place it had everything you could think of. Even little things like hand soap in the bathroom and kitchen which I so much appreciated. A pull out couch and an air mattress came in handy with our big family. Also, the Master bedroom bed is more comfortable than mine at home. I really wanna know what kind of mattress it is, it's that nice!!! Overall we would definitely recommend and would love to come back!!!

Fantastic stay!

We had a wonderful time at Pam's condo! The location and view were exceptional and we were so pleased with how immaculate and well stocked the condo was! Pam was very helpful with an air conditioning issue the first day and took care of us so promptly without missing a beat! Great communication. Pam made the process of booking this property and checking in extremely easy! The condo is spacious, clean and she even has 2 beach chair reserved on the beach for you. We were allowed to use her reserved parking space for which I was very greatful that I didnt have to deal with husssle of finding a space and paying as well!!

Best Condo at The Calypso!!

My family and I have been visiting The Calypso for 10 years and this condo has by-far been our favorite! You can not beat being on the first floor! No elevator waits and easy access to the beach, the pool, and everything else! This condo has absolutely everything you could need! It was very kid friendly and just perfect for our 6 year old and 19 month old. Pam was super nice and easy to work with. The condo was very clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back to stay in 102-E!

A Great Week!

We stayed here with one other family with a total of three children, ages 3, 4, and 5. It was the perfect condo for what we were wanting for our week stay. Super close to the beach, even closer to the pool, and any toy or equipment for the beach you could ever need! Pam was great at communicating and went above and beyond to touch base to make sure everything was going well. Location on the first floor with the included parking spot makes this condo perfect. The kitchen was stocked well and made cooking at home super easy. We can’t wait to go back!

Perfect place to relax and have fun

We really enjoyed our stay. I first floor condo was amazing to avoid the headaches of the elevators. The perks of this condo, including the parking space and the rented beach chairs for the week make all the difference. Walking distance to Pier park was great for the older kids. If I go back to Panama City Beach, this would have to be the place to stay. Pam was great with all of her tips and details making everything smooth.

Awesome vacation

We absolutely loved our stay here! The condo was gorgeous and Pam had anything you could think of when traveling available! Pam had great communication! My bits had the time of their life here! Pier park was walking distance and they were able to walk around on their own time! The weather was amazing too

Spring Break!

This property was a dream and the view was beautiful! The host, Pam, made our stay so easy and stress free(she’s such a honey).We are thankful for her and her family to share their home with us. Close walking distance to the outdoor mall and short drive to everything else. 10/10 recommend!
