Absolutely gorgeous views from the kitchen to the master bedroom! Check in was a breeze. We did make the mistake of going to the wrong gate upon arrival (owners gate) but was easily able to find the correct (guest) gate. We loved the location on the 6th (top) floor and had zero issues with noise etc. Parking was great compared to other places we've stayed! My wife and I had such an unforgettable trip and am so glad to of made memories that will last a life time!

Unit is a bit cluttered and lacking upgrades, BUT! unit was super clean, and had everything we needed. Door needs a security lock option (deadbolt, chain, flip lock, etc) Beautiful view and great midrise building. Loved the small attached pool and enjoyed our beach chair service. Gated community with onsite security.... a great location to stay.

Beautiful, lovely place. Directions to the place was a little unclear which gate to go in. And which building. So make sure to ask the guard which building. The gate key to the ocean did not work. But no problem just go through the pool entrance. They do have two fans in the closet to help circulate the air. other than that everything was perfect thank you for sharing your place with us

A/C doesn’t work properly

To break everything down quickly 1) Make sure you understand you have to drive 30 minutes away from property to pick up parking pass. 2) RealJoy forgot to put our parking pass in box. 3) Not the properties fault but it looked like they only put out clean towels and sheets nothing else. 4) Our MAIN problem was no A/C in the bedroom and bathroom area. At night we suffered through sweating. I tried to sleep on the pull out couch with my children but that was painful. I ended up not sleeping at all that 2nd night. RealJoy sent someone to take pictures of some issues I said I wouldn’t add in the review. But no one came to fix the a/c. But this property offers a lot of pools. The big pool has way too many people and if you have kids, it can be stressful. So we loved the pool closes to us. For our kids learning to swim. We will be back to this location but NOT 604. Way to hot!

Great location

We loved the condo and location. My only complaints (which are not deal breakers) are that the mattress in the bedroom was entirely too firm and the bedroom stayed about 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the condo. I thought this was due to the bedroom having the sliding glass door access to the balcony, but the living room had the same access and was no where near as hot.

Perfect

We had a great time. This place was perfect, quiet and in a great location. The view from the balcony was probably the best part. You could see the sunset and we had an epic thunderstorm over the ocean one night that we just sat for hours and watched. The large main pool was cool but the one at our building was more private and stayed open until midnight. The only downside about the condo was the sliding glass door to the balcony is off the track or something and extremely difficult to open. We had read reviews that others had posted previously mentioning this so hopefully that gets fixed,however we were able to just use the bedroom door to get out on the balcony so it was ok. Other than that, I highly recommend this place.

Nice condo

It was a nice clean little condo! The carpet needs to be replaced and has a musty smell to it. The bed was comfy and the view is beautiful! The ceiling fan over the bed is very noisy and we had to wear ear plugs when we went to bed. The sliding glass door tracks need to be cleaned as it’s really tough to Open. It’s a very nice condo with the few issues mentioned. I would stay there again! Loved Edgewater Beach Resort!

The view was very nice. It was a distant walk to the main pool, but we liked being away from the big crowds. I will never rent a condo with carpet again. The entire space seemed moist. There was dehumidifier in the living room, but it needed emptying every 3-4 hours. Panama City was clean and nice.

Great location. BEAUTIFUL view! Easy beach access. Condo across from elevator but absolutely no noise issues. Parking lot to condo is like a maze but everything else was 5 stars!! (Ceiling fan was noisy but definitely not a deal breaker)

Everything was fine , Beautiful View , liked the Balcony for my and I it worked out great. 2 things for this property Windward 604 Bedroom was warm compared to living area. Not much Cool air and TV in Bedroom could not get it to work. Kept telling me needed to be programmed, when I tried that no luck. There were 3 TV Changers but none worked. Could have been me and I just didn’t know how to do it.
