3 Bedroom Oceanfront Condo With Large Balcony, Sleeps 8

Welcome to Sunrise Beach 1802. We are located 1 mile away from Pier Park and Russell Fields Pier. We are one of the closest condos to Frank Brown Sports Center. This condo sleeps up to 8 people. It features a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, bunk beds in the bunk room, a fold out sleeper sofa in the living room and 2 full bathrooms. The condo offers a large private balcony with access from both the master bedroom and the living room.

This rental includes 2 SETS OF FREE BEACH CHAIR SERVICE from March 15 through October 31. That's 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas! There will be no need to haul chairs and umbrellas down to the beach multiple times a day. The beach chair service provides comfortable, adjustable chairs and over-sized umbrellas. The daily beach rental for these chairs can be as much as $50 per day each.

PRIVATE 8 x 23 ft BALCONY: you will enjoy stunning oceanfront views while listening to the relaxing sounds of the waves. This is a great place to read a book, eat a meal, watch a beautiful sunset or just relax .

KITCHEN: looks out over the water and features beautiful granite counter tops with attractive cabinets and stainless-steel appliances. It is well stocked with everything that you need to make meals. There is also a pantry closet to hold all your own snack and groceries.

DINING AREA: seats 5 and there is additional seating for 3 more at the kitchen bar.

LIVING ROOM : is a gathering place for everyone and features a new matching sofa, loveseat, and a conversation chair. The decor is warm, and comfortable. It's a great place to kick back and watch the 65" smart flat screen TV. Enjoy the view of the emerald-green waters from the wall to wall sliding glass door windows.

MASTER BEDROOM: features a king size bed with great views of the gulf. There are his and her closets as well as a dresser to unpack your clothes and store your suitcase. It also has a 65" smart flat screen TV.

PRIVATE MASTER BATH: features double sinks and garden tub and a large walk-in shower.

GUEST BEDROOM: features a queen bed. There is a dresser and a nice sized closet to unpack your clothes. It also has a 65" smart flat screen TV.

TWIN BUNK ROOM: is kid friendly and feels like a third bedroom. Shut the door and let the kids fall asleep watching their favorite movie on the TV. No sleeping in the hallway here!

GUEST BATHROOM: is in the hall and features a tub/shower combination.

LAUNDRY ROOM: has a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience

KEYLESS Lock: you will have easy access into the condo. We will send a welcome letter with the numeric access code 2 weeks before check in.

PARKING: is located underneath the building. Limit is 2 vehicles per condo. Please note there is a $50 charge per stay for each vehicle. This fee is charged by Sunrise Beach Resort and not us. We will send you a link to register your vehicle at least 7 days before your arrival.

Beautiful condo in a great location. Its close to everything, but is quiet and not overcrowded. The beach chair service with TWO sets of chairs was perfect for our family of 8 along with our personal canopy and chairs, which made getting everyone on the beach so much easier! We enjoyed the beach service every single day of our stay.

We had the BEST spring break staying at this condo in Panama City Beach! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The condo was absolutely spotless—one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed—which made it feel comfortable and relaxing right away. One of our favorite perks was the beach setup included with the stay. Having chairs and an umbrella waiting for us on the sand every day made it so easy to just show up and enjoy the ocean—no hassle at all! The location couldn’t have been better. We were within walking distance to so many fun things to do, plus tons of great places to eat. It made the whole trip feel convenient and stress-free. Another huge bonus was how close it is to the airport—only about a 20-minute drive, which made travel days super easy. And truly, the owners made the experience even better. They were incredibly responsive, answering every question quickly and making sure we had everything we needed. You can tell they really care about their guests. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway!

Wonderful Experience!

The condo was located right there on the beach, beautiful scenic view on the balcony!! The rooms had a modernized and beachy vibe to them. Just about half a mile down, was a place called A 'more Donuts; it was fantastic! There were 5 restaurants all within walking distance, well placed spot in Panama City Beach. the owners accommodated us very well, leaving us with an unforgettable stay!! Thank you Eric and Jenn for making this vacation a memorable!! :)

Sunrise Beach 1802 is a beautiful condo! It’s modern, beautifully furnished, and super clean! We thoroughly enjoyed spending time sitting on the balcony listening to the sounds of the waves! Comfortable beds and the kitchen has everything one would need to cook! The owner, Eric is super accommodating! Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to rent a condo in Panama City Beach!

Great condo!

Everything was great! The condo looked nice and was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans, utensils, and appliances. There were also plenty of towels for our group of 5. I appreciated that trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, and toilet paper were provided. There was always plenty of parking in the parking garage. The view was fantastic and the chair service on the beach was a huge plus! We would definitely choose this condo again. Thank you!

Home away from home

This 3 bedroom condo had all the amenities just as if you were home. From the master suite (LOVE), laundry facilities, and even pool toys were included in this unit. Great location, short drive to pier park or the marina. Very clean and the owners were happy to help with any questions. Thank you Lisa!!! Will visit again and highly recommend!!!

Amazing 2 Weeks!!!

Thank you for a wonderful 2 weeks! The condo was a wonderful place for our family to have some much-needed downtime. We were able to rest and relax. This place is so welcoming and full of amenities! Loved the decor and beachy feel. We so appreciated Eric’s attention to detail & the welcoming happies 😊 He made sure everything went well with our time there. It has been our home away from home & we can’t wait to return!
