Pour a hot cup of coffee and wander out to the high top chair on the balcony in the morning. Watch dolphin, Manta Rays and Sharks as well as schools of small rays and the occasional whale from your perch. The view from the 21st floor is unparalleled. You will be amazed and hypnotized by the sunlight dancing on the water and the beautiful sights all the way around from the ocean to the city and lagoon views. The balcony is continuous on three sides of my beautiful 3 bedroom-2 bathroom condo. This feature is the one thing that very few other condos offer in the PCB area.

Rain or shine, summer or winter, you never get tired of gazing all around from your bird's eye view. The 21st floor gives us lots of privacy and rises so far above the surrounding roofs that you truly feel like you are living in the heavens. No heaving draperies or blinds will ever cover this view! It is most amazing view we have ever seen. The west end suites do not have any high rise buildings for more than a mile, so the view is unobstructed for more than 17 miles.

The ocean front King Master Suite has its own bath and sliding glass door to the balcony. Large vanity, garden tub and spacious glass enclosed shower add to the feeling of pure luxury and decadence. Special features of this suite are make up mirrors, gorgeous swan water faucet on the granite top with a crystal clear vessel sink. Gold fixtures and the lighted rain shower and tub give you the luxury you deserve. Treat yourself to this decadent experience.

The second master KING Suite has its own sliding glass door to the balcony on the Lagoon side. It has fabulous views of the harbor and marina as well as the gulf view around the corner on the balcony. The sun rising across the water of the lagoon is glorious and graces the morning with tranquil beauty. It has it's own 40" smart TV. I have added a room darkening blind in case the city lights bother your sleep.

The Third Bedroom has one double bed and a 5 drawer dresser. The window looks out to the city/lagoon side. There is a 40" smart TV. We include a queen size airbed that can be set up in the living room in the event that our guests find that a more comfortable option when 6 adults are sharing the space.

The main bath has a large walk-in shower and beautiful crystal vessel sink and ornate mirror.

TVs are all "smart" so you can watch all of your Amazon content, Netflix, and Hulu while on vacation. Cable and free Wifi (we have upgraded the speed beyond the standard pkgs) is in every bedroom and the living room.

The kitchen is all stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave with convection, induction stove top, coffee maker and is well appointed with dishes, glassware, cookware and utensils. Note: no regular oven. We want you to be able cook whatever your heart desires. The laundry equipment is full size GE; easy to use and so helpful on week long stays so you can pack lighter. Great for keeping everything from your beach towels to your underwear fresh!

Linens are New and WHITE with plenty of them. We include 2 robes for your comfort.

The Dining room and Living room are all open to give the most space for your entertaining desires. The leather sofa is clean and comfortable. The 55" TV has been relocated so that whether you are watching it or not when you are seated you are always facing the view.

The patio has a table and 4 chairs that are "bar height" that allow you to enjoy the temperate breezes with a glass of wine and SEE OVER THE RAILINGS! You will be able to see the view without looking through that railing! We carefully shopped for the most comfortable Adirondack style so that we could really relax with friends and enjoy this outdoor space from the comfort of our condo. We have recently added a nice table to the Adirondack set which allows two chairs to sit out of the wind and have a space to set your coffee cup down.

This suite is far from the elevators and trash chute so we NEVER even hear another person. It is the best spot in the world and I have been in my share of wonderful places.

Supplies - We hate making a trip to the grocery to pick up toilet paper, paper towels, shampoos and soaps when we first arrive on vacation so we have a well stocked supply of these things. Our intention is to supply enough that you will not need to purchase more.

Seychelles Beach Resort is located on the far-east side of the beach, in a family-friendly area of Panama City Beach. Conveniently situated within walking distance of St. Andrew's State Park. Seychelles is only moments from the marina, where you can catch excursions to Shell Island. Seychelles is also convenient to the area's best casual and fine dining and shopping. Close by are abundant opportunities for diving, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, parasailing, and more. In fact, you'll find onsite or at the marina just about any activity to enjoy on, under, or above the water.

We love to watch the dolphins playing in the gulf while we're enjoying our coffee and the morning sunshine. We've made sure that our condo is decorated for maximum comfort. It has a really nice look that creates the feel of home at the beach. We also wanted to make this a home away from home for us and for our guests. Seychelles is located on the far east end of Thomas Drive which makes it close to lots of the family activities available in Panama City Beach, but it's far enough away that you won't have to deal with lots of traffic. The east end is much quieter than where there is a condo every 100 feet and Pier Park Shopping causing lots of waiting time on the road due to traffic in the busy seasons. I don't even rent a car when I come down. I call an Uber for grocery shopping, because there is little need to go anywhere you can't walk from here at Seychelles. Many good restaurants are within walking distance and we will include a list of our favorites for you to consider.
