Commodore is located on the east end of Panama City Beach and features 13 floors of gulf front luxury. We stay at The Commodore at least a couple of times every year; it is our absolute favorite location and feels like home. This was our first time in this unit. The decor was beautiful, kitchen was well stocked, and it felt very cozy. The only thing that was not to our liking was the bed(s); all were very firm and uncomfortable for us. We ended up going to Walmart to buy a mattress topper so we could sleep better. If you like a firm bed, it might be fine for you. Everything else was perfect.

Property was great. View was amazing. Unit very clean.every thing you need to prepare meals in kitchen. Although the palm trees were beautiful but does hinder the view slightly Elevator wait times were great being on the 3rd floor. Easy open parking lot. Beds very uncomfortable extra cover in closets came in handy. Sleeps up to 8 but can only seat comfortably 4 in living room and bacolony. Bacolony very spacious. easy access to the beach. Both security guards Bill and Dean very helpfull. Lots of carts for loading and unloading. The pup next to condo had music that could be enjoyed from the front lawn of condo but did not interfere with guest and went on quite time about 10 to 11 pm would most definitely stay here again

Lovely beach!

Waking up to the great view was terrific. We were kindred spirits with other folks staying at Commodore.. lovely quiet end of Thomas Drive. Great guys at the security gate!

The condo overall is nice. The living room is decorated nicely, and the floors are nice. The kitchen and both bathrooms could use some updating. We had a slight issue upon check-in, the condo had only partially been cleaned. Still had dishes in the dishwasher and the kitchen counters were dirty. The guest bath was not cleaned and the trashcan was in the shower. The guest beds were covered in sand, and there was a trash bag filled with towels on one of the beds. Once I contacted the property manager they eventually (a couple of hours later) sent someone to finish the job. Aside from that, the beds are terribly uncomfortable.The mattresses have no cushion what so ever. The dresser in the master bedroom has drawers that are broken and collapsing and the drawer handles fall off as soon as you touch them. All in all, the condo and the furnishings could use some TLC and upgrades. The balcony was awesome. Really nice table and chairs out there. Unfortunately, it rained and stormed everyday we were there, but that can't be avoided sometimes.

The perfect vacation!

We literally just got back today. And we are ready to go again! The location is perfect! The security guards were some of the nicest folks. My only complaint and it has nothing to do with the room
the rental chairs take up the entire front of the property! But other than that it was perfect!
