Enjoyed our stay!

Nice views of pool and gulf from the patio. Nice comfortable patio furniture, but only seats 3. Convenient, private 1st floor location. Basic amenities, enough for 2 guests staying a couple of days. Although the tile floors looked clean, they needed a good mopping. Turned bottom of feet black. No trash can in secondary bathroom and outside of vanity cabinet doors could use a good wipe down, as well as the toilet paper holders on the wall. Shower head in master bath leaking (when we arrived) enough to soak the bath mat they leave in the center of the shower floor for each guest. Central air doesn’t seem to cool efficiently. Quite humid in the unit during our stay and no instructions on how to use the humid control. It was ok for us, but only in the low 80’s during our stay the beginning of May. No idea how it will function in the middle of summer! Overall, nice decor. King bed wasn’t great comfort-wise, but that’s subjective and linens were clean. Ceiling fans and kitchen appliances worked well! Overall, a nice stay and would recommend!

Great stay!

We have loved the Aqua for years, but this was the first time we have stayed in this unit + on the first floor. Now having a 3 year old, we loved not having to use the elevator to go to the beach/to the car. We just walked right across the street & parked our car on the ground level. Even packing up to leave was made easier! The condo was clean & had everything we needed. Our daughter loved the bunk room. The road noise is a little louder on the first floor, but if you have a sound machine it should be no problem! Overall, very satisfied!

Nice unit, but had several issues

Although we enjoyed our stay, there were some issues. The floors were filthy. Within 20 min our feet were black. I had to mop the floors twice to get them clean. The kitchen had crusty food spots on the stove and fridge. There was hair in the showers and the bedding smelled like greasy hair. Management did reply to my concerns and offered to come clean again, but I chose to do it myself on my time because I didn’t want to be stuck in the condo for a long time. The unit was convenient for accessing the beach and pools. The first floor unit was noisy with street noise, karaoke at Shukums across the street, and the DJ/music blaring from the Hyatt next door. I would stay at Aqua again, but probably not in this unit.

Summer vacation

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect for our family. We walked to dinner twice. The beach atmosphere was amazing no crowd. The view was amazing. The only thing was the shower in master didn't have any water pressure but the front shower did so it was okay and definitely not a dealbreaker. . The front shower leaked water on the floor but honestly wasn't a big deal. Just mentioning so you have a towel ready for clean up. The condo looked just like the pictures The kids loved having their area and the gift shop being so close was perfect for a quick lunch and ice-cream. We plan to stay here again.

Not worth the money

The location was great but the Condo was just ok and not worth the money! Showers need to be upgraded The shower in the master bedroom barely worked so had to use the other one to get and feel clean. They also need major cleaning around the shower doors and it smelled like fish from the moment I entered. Smelled like it was coming from the empty refrigerator. The lock on the patio door was hard to lock as well. Will not return

Lovely Propery

This was a lovely property. The description was accurate. It was super easy to check in and out. The pool and beach were easy to access. The property was clean and secure. No sign of college students on spring break, though the street out front was quite noisy on Saturday night. We weren't bothered by it because we didn't need the front bedroom. However, if you have little children, be aware, the second bedroom is right inside the front door and close to the street. It could be very noisy for children trying to sleep. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Perfect for kids

The room was a perfect location for us. My kids loved it, and the views were beautiful. My only complaint is that the washer had some mold on the rubber edges and the floors were dirty. My kids feet were black the first night so we wore socks the rest of the time while inside. I’m sure the floors just need a good deep cleaning. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place if you have small children!

We absolutely loved this unit and its location and everything about it! Although it’s on ground floor near the street, it’s a corner unit and back far enough to have privacy. The fitness center is right next door and getting to town and the beach is so super easy with no wait for elevators. There’s a beautiful view of the pool and ocean and the unit itself has been so nicely upgraded. We will definitely be back!

Nice first floor condo

Great view of beach and easy access. Didn’t hear much from the construction next door even tho they worked every day. Super convenient location to pier and a fun little karaoke bar. Friendly town.

Convenient location

Loved being on the first floor and convenient location to beach and activities. Great floor plan for our family. Unfortunately our condo was next to a big construction project and they began each day before 7am and worked all day. It was so loud we couldn’t sit on our balcony, hard for kids to nap due to such loud noises. The kitchen countertops were dirty and sand not swept from floors when we arrived. Not enough plates, glasses, kitchen ware.
