Across the street from the Gulf with in ground pool!!!

Forever Young is a remarkable beach home located in the quieter area of Laguna Beach on the West End of Panama City Beach and is sure to make your vacation wonderful. With a spectacular outdoor space and eye-catching furnishings, this is sure to be an amazing vacation retreat.

When you enter the home, the downstairs open floor plan welcomes you into the home. The updated furniture and splash of color enhances the appeal of this home.

Located on the main floor, the spacious living room with sofa sleeper and vast dining table is great for family gatherings. You will find the updated kitchen with elegant cabinetry, updated appliances and granite counter tops adjacent to the living area and is fully equipped to prepare fabulous meals.

The first of three bedrooms is located on the main floor. This room features a queen bed with flat screen TV and its own private spacious bathroom with walk-in shower.

The winding staircase leads you upstairs to a spacious living space with leather sectional couch with queen sleeper sofa and flat screen TV. This is a great area for kids to play or watch movies.

Also located on the second floor is a spacious master bedroom gorgeously decorated with a king bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom. The master bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower and his and her sinks. With access to the upstairs covered balcony enjoy the view of the Gulf of Mexico and watch the breathtaking sunsets or overlook the private pool while the family plays.

The third guest bedroom has a queen bed, spacious closet and a flat screen TV. There is a third guest bathroom located adjacent to this bedroom with a shower/tub combination.

A full size washer and dryer is provided for your use with a door leading out to the spacious pool deck and private pool. Relax and enjoy the sunshine or grill out for the family. The home features tile flooring throughout the home, private 2 car garage, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Pool is not heated or cooled. Minimum booking age 25 please. No pets.

This house was perfect! We had 3 couples and one teenager who all agreed this was probably the most relaxing week we have ever had. Nice size pool we all enjoyed every evening after a long day at the beach. The beach access was a quick, easy walk from the house. The 2nd refrigerator in the fridge was perfect to hold all the extra food, drinks etc! Plenty of cookware, plates and ample space to store snacks! There is a lot more we could say about this house. But the most important thing is whenever we make it back to Panama City beach this will be the house we will stay! The Bosse’s, Webster’s and Yelton’s.

Family Spring Break

Had a wonderful stay at this property. No one in my family had been to this part of Florida before but we are definitely going to be repeat visitors. I also would gladly rent this place out again as it was perfect. The rooms were perfect and the location was amazing. Beautiful pool to go along with the property and proximity to the water was great.

So clean and great location to beach

The communication with the host was great and quick. The place was so nice and super clean. It’s literally like a block from the beach. The backyard pool area is gorgeous and pool was super clean. The only thing to mention is there add days fully stocked kitchen but they only mean that all dishes/pans/skillets provided. There is not a single item for cooking like oil, salt pepper, no coffee grounds and only 1 laundry pod was provided. So you will have to purchase all of those things.

Perfect get away!

We really enjoyed our stay!! Everything was in top notch shape and clean. It was a super close walk to the beach!! Our kids enjoyed the pool when we weren’t at the beach!! Lisa was super attentive with any questions that came up before and during our stay!! I would recommend 10/10!! We would definitely stay here again:)

Beautiful home 😍

This home was beautiful and very spacious. We had 8 in our group but this comfortably sleeps 10. No one was right on top of each other and had their own space. There are 3.5 baths so we never had problems with waiting for bathrooms. The pool is beautiful and was a great option when the kids were tired of the ocean. There are 2 beach accesses right across the street so no need to walk far at all. The house is stocked with everything needed in the kitchen and a grill outside. My cousin and I wanted to split the cost and Terea with management was very accommodating. We arrived several hours early and I was surprised to get a text saying the property was available a little early. I definitely plan to return to this property again, it was a wonderful place to stay.

Great House!

We will absolutely be back to stay at this house. The location was perfect for us, our three children (ages 3months, 4years, &6years), my parents, sister &h we boyfriend. Close enough to Panama City Beach and RoseMary Beach if you want the bigger shops, restaurants, etc. but far enough away that you aren’t right in the hustle and bustle of those busy areas. Very family friendly! The pool was perfect after spending a few hours at the beach, the kids were always asking to go swim! The walk to the beach took 2 minutes at most, and thats with three small children and a wagon full of beach essentials in tow. We can’t wait to come back again!

Amazing Stay

My family just had the most relaxing vacation at this property! The property was very clean and just as the pictures showed on the website! The owner is prompt in responding to any questions we may have had. The beach had double red flag warnings the entire duration of our stay (extremely close to the beach) but that was no problem for us because we were able to relax in the pool longer!! My teenagers have already told me that this is the house that we need to book for next summer!

A picture-perfect vacation

We enjoyed our time here! House was very clean and located where no large condos are waterfront. Close enough to the beach that we could easily go back and forth as needed throughout the day. The pool and pool area was very nice, but in late November the water is pretty cold, so only a few played in the pool, and only for a very short time. There were 8 of us (mom, dad, & 6 of our kids, ages 7-19) and we had just enough room. The pictures show the upstairs bedroom as having 2 twin beds, but it only had one queen. (My 2 teenage boys weren't too thrilled to share a bed, but they got over it! ) This was our first trip to the gulf coast of Florida, and it will not be our last! The beach was very clean and not crowded at all. (Thanksgiving week 2020)

Annual Ladies Trip

Perfect accommodations for our annual ladies trip. We’ve always stayed on the east end of PCB -but this place so much more relaxing!! Easy and quick access to beach, but the pool was a trip saver due to rip tides. Close to shopping and great restaurants - already planning our next trip!!
