Amazing 3 bed 2 bath unit on 14th floor Grand Panama Resort

Amazing beach front 3 bedroom 2 bath on the Gulf of Mexico in Grand Panama Beach Resort. **Pet friendly up to 25 lbs. 2 pet max per booking. Per HOA**

Grand Panama allows 2 parking passes per booking. This unit rents to age 21 and up. Guests under 25 will have a fully refundable deposit of $100 per person.

Grand Panama Beach Resort Luxury 3 bedroom with amazing beach front views. Sleeps 10 comfortably. This unit is on the east corner of the building so you have views from every room. Master bedroom has private access to the large balcony. Master has a king bed and a private bath with soaker tub and separate stand up shower. The other two guest bedrooms have queen beds and then there is a twin trundle bed in the bunk nook and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

This resort boasts a beach front spa pool, also a kiddie pool! We have a roof top pool deck complete with it own Tiki Bar and spa pool. There are also gas grills and extensive sunning area with a wonderful beach view. State of the art work out room, ample covered parking! Grand Panama Village is just a short walk away that hosts two amazing restaurants, Doleche and Another Broken Egg Cafe. If your looking to have some fun with the kids Shipwreck Water Park is right around the corner from your condo. You are also within walking distance of the Edge Water Plaza that has Rocket Lanes that has black light bowling, skating, arcade games and & billiards. You are only 3 miles from Pier Park and Frank Brown park.

Very nice accommodations. Loved the large balcony with lots of shade and great views. The parking situation was a bit tricky for an elder on a walker, but was manageable with an able companion to go get the car and do pickup in front of the building. Check-in/check-out couldn't have been easier. Could have used better pet walking areas. I never used the areas in building 1 since I was told there were burrs there. I used the ones at building 2 on the right, where there needs to be more lighting after dark. All in all it was a great place to stay.

Pros: Great location and views. Enough room for a family of 10. Kitchen was pretty well stocked with the essentials, would be great to add an air fryer.Con’s: floors were dirty, we had to clean them ourselves. The mattress on the trundle bed was very gross and had stains all over it. Carpets smelt horrible. Looks to be water damage on the ceiling/upper walls in one of the queen bedrooms. Overall: We would stay again at this resort just prob not in this unit. I was really upset how filthy it was for the amount we paid to stay here.

Family Vacation

Our stay at See Ya At the Beach was as we expected. We had 9 adults and there was enough room for everyone. The balcony was the favorite place to gather and overlook the pool and the ocean. See Ya At the Beach is located in a central area to where you are a 15 minute or less drive to just about anything! We enjoyed our stay and had a restful vacation with our family. Our only complaints were two things the owner or managers could not help - the air conditioning unit malfunctioned on one day. We were able to contact Lisa and she was able to get the air conditioning repair guy to the unit and fixed before noon. The other negative was when the elevators were not working. The entire building was down to one elevator and people had to wait for almost 30 minutes for the elevator. Thankfully we had nothing to carry but ourselves, so we got some exercise in and took the stairs to the 14th floor. Overall, would definitely stay again if in the area.

Wonderful weekend birthday

We had a great stay for my daughter's birthday weekend. Everything was clean and comfortable and the condo had lots of sleeping space. The owner was easy to communicate with and was an excellent host. She went out of her way to make my daughter's birthday special. We hope to return soon.

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The best views, closest proximity to the water, friendly staff, friendly neighbors, and convenient to grocery and other things in town. The only downside, 5 days went way by too fast! We will stay here again soon..

we loved our stay here!!! the condo was spotless and lisa was so helpful and accommodating!! checking in was seamless, and we had no issues with the condo whatsoever. we’ll definitely be back! i will say that the elevators had issues all week, although maintenance was always quick to come and try to fix them. but i couldn’t recommend booking this condo enough! such a wonderful stay!

Great Experience!

Overall, we had a great stay at this place! The condo pool, Tiki bar, and being on the ocean was fabulous. Spring break week in PCB is super crowded and the driving to anywhere to eat takes a long time. But our stay at the condo was great and the property managers were great with communication.

Nice place!

Overall this was a nice place to stay. There were 9 in our family that stayed and everyone had a place to sleep. View of the ocean is wonderful. The only negative I would say is the carpets may need to be cleaned.
