Enjoy our lovely beach house named the LIONFISH INN located in the community of Grande Pointe in Inlet Beach moments from the sugar-white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico in South Walton and to Lake Powell, a rare coastal dune lake. Tucked away just north of Scenic Highway 30A, this lovely decorated, 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath home has a delightful two-story floor plan with two covered porches. This is a family-oriented neighborhood, NOT A PARTY HOUSE!

As you enter, you will find 10-ft. ceilings and beautiful hardwood floors throughout the common areas with plush carpet in the bedrooms. The kitchen has granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances including Electrolux stove and oven. The home is on a rare expansive corner lot with parking on a brick paved driveway. The bathrooms feature tile and granite with a bathtub and shower combination in the full guest bathroom and a walk-in shower in the master ensuite. The master bedroom is spacious and has exclusive access to a private covered balcony. Electric, 6-person golf cart available for guests.

This house was absolutely beautiful and the perfect space for our family of 8! It was so clean and well maintained! The kitchen was fully stocked and we loved the open layout. The beds were all comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the LSV was an added bonus! We loved every aspect of this house and it made for a great vacation! We definitely plan to stay again next year!

Beautiful beach

The property is beautiful. Inlet beach is perfect. Just far enough from rosemary that the beaches are less crowded but close enough to get there if you want. I will say if staying best to bike where you can the golf cart is nice but you have to cross a major highway and it was hairy at times. (Not sure if there are headlights on the cart). The only reason I give it less than 5 stars is there were really only 2 bikes
. One had a flat tire that will require a new seal to pump up and the others were on a separate lock and we weren’t able to find the code. With it being July 4th we were unable to reach to anyone so we just made do. The second thing is more feedback. The housekeeping staff must have been rushed as the house was not very clean. Other than that we had a great time and really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood.

Amazing stay!

This home exceeded our expectations! Everything was clean and masterfully decorated. The community pool was close by, which the golf cart provided a fun drive to. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone that’s looking for a relaxing place to stay with your family.

Family Vacation

The house was beautiful and met our needs. Any issues we had were dealt with promptly. I had never been to 30A and am glad I got to experience it but didn’t realize how busy things were there. Crossing the busy highway to get to the beach was a little difficult and I didn’t feel comfortable letting my older teenagers/young adults do it on bikes or the golf cart. The beach was amazing and not very crowded which was a huge plus. Driving to the beach was a negative as the parking was limited. The neighborhood was extremely quiet which was surprising because there were so many houses in Grande Pointe. The pool area was nice and wasn’t crowded either. Inlet beach was a nice spot between Destin and Panama City. I was disappointed that they charged me a $50 early check in fee when we arrived just one hour before check in. We were tired after driving 9 hours and just paid it in order to get unpacked and set up. The golf cart was a huge plus as were the bikes and beach supplies in the shed. Overall, we had a great vacation and I would recommend Lionfish for your vacation.

Summer Beach Vacation

Great time had at the Lionfish Inn. Beautiful property, very clean. Easy access to the beach directly across 98. Took the bikes several times to 30A, which is definitely the best way to get there and not have to worry about parking or being stuck in traffic. "Golf cart" was definitely a plus for the family to get around to the pool and beach and local eateries.

Fantastic Getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Lionfish Inn. The house was beautiful, clean, and roomy enough to fit all seven of us staying for the week. And it was a great, central location to easily go east toward Panama City Beach or west towards Rosemary Beach. The only negatives would be that both upstairs bathroom sinks had little to no water pressure, and the A/C kept resetting to the default temp throughout the day and night. Otherwise, it was perfect for our vacation!

The condo was remodeled and clean! We enjoyed the lake and it was nice to have the golf cart to get to the beach. All the amenities were newer. Having the bedrooms upstairs was a plus with the younger ages of our grandchildren.

Beautiful home and neighborhood

Would definitely come back! My family and I stayed here for our kids’ fall break along with another family and their kids. The home and finishes were lovely. We cooked at home several nights and we were so happy to find that the kitchen was well-stocked with all we needed to fix up meals just like home! The nearby beach was stunning, and extras like the golf cart, bikes and beach toys were the icing on the cake at Lionfish Inn. We had a wonderful vacation with memories we’ll treasure forever! Perfect for our group. Great pool area and access to Powell Lake. Golf cart was not accessible during our stay and we selected this home for that since one in our family party is expecting. We did, however, appreciate the early check-in.

Fabulous Vacation!

How was beautiful and in a great neighborhood! We loved using the golf cart
 took it to the beach and pool everyday! Getting to the beach was easy, only downside is crossing hwy 98. House was well stocked and beds were comfortable. We loved sitting out on the patio in the evenings.

This place has everything!!

Even more gorgeous in person! So new and clean. Had bikes, new beach chairs, umbrella, rolling cooler
anything you would need! The golf cart was the icing on the cake. Only wish it was on the same side of highway as the beach, but wasn’t too bad getting there.
