FLOORPLAN
⭐ Our split 3 bedroom + Bunk Hall and 3 Bath beach condo is newly renovated and provides ample privacy and cohesive flow throughout the space! Each bedroom has a King Size bed and new 55-inch Smart TVs. We have even upgraded our TV options to include HD Channels, HBO, and Starz. We know you might have to work while on vacation (and that some condos just use the resort's Free Internet) so we have upgraded to include our own private High-Speed internet (Streaming Options for up to 8 people at once). The private balcony can be accessed from the living room or master bedroom. Outdoor entertaining includes a large gulf-facing balcony with a table that seats four and another casual sitting area situated perfectly with two chairs. We also added two loungers for sunbathing or just relaxing. Anchors A Wave is a generous 1,687 sq ft. and is perfect for family beach weeks, girls' getaways, guys' golf outings, and group excursions. Anchors A Wave is a top-notch option for vacation rentals in PCB! Soak in the coastal breeze of the Florida sun from your expansive gulf-facing balcony. Wander the sandy beaches of PCB or stroll the local shops on Back Beach Rd. just steps from our condo. Visit the PCB Fishing Pier to try your luck for some fresh sea fare. No bites? NO problem. Gather the group and head to The Wharf for all-you-can-eat crab legs!

RESORT
⭐ Laketown Wharf features Five Incredible Pools, A Kids Funscape Playground, Splash Bar & Grill, Gulf View Fitness Center, Covered Garage Parking, Private Beach Access, Putting Green, Bars, Several restaurants, a Market, an Ice Cream Shop, a large freshwater lake, 52,000 sq. ft. of the lakefront boardwalk and easy access to the World's Most Beautiful Beaches! Laketown Wharf also has a newly created conference center with concerts and events and is located within walking distance of other restaurants, shopping, and nightlife! Located in the heart of Panama City Beach, Laketown Wharf is the largest single-building condominium vacation resort in the Panama City area. Guests enjoy a choice of Gulf, golf course, and lake views. At night, Laketown Wharf comes alive as we celebrate another beautiful day on Panama City Beach with a massive lighted fountain show. This spectacular event is choreographed with dancing water, lights, and music and can be viewed right outside your door. Laketown Wharf is located right across the street from the beach with private deeded beach access. GUEST ACCESS
⭐ You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.

Other things to note

STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.

Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property provides a Resort Wi-Fi and a Private Network. The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.

PARKING
⭐ Maximum of 2 vehicles (strictly enforced). Guests must register online with the vehicle make and model before the check-in date and pick them up at the front desk at check-in. The fee is up to $105.00. Link to the registration portal will be emailed after the booking is complete. The resort is very strict on parking and unfortunately, will not allow more than 2 vehicles per reservation. If you have more than 2 vehicles, there is a -pay-to-park lot around the corner from LTW,

BEACH SERVICE
⭐ Complimentary beach service is not included. However, rentals are available through Adventures at Sea. They also offer banana boat and jet ski rentals! Please inquire for more details after bookings.

POOLS / HOT TUBS
⭐ There are five pools (one heated - seasonally) with large sunning decks, 2 huge hot tubs, and a kiddie pool! No alcohol or glass is allowed near the pool/hot tub. You are not to use the hot tub amenity if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. You are not permitted to add anything to the pool/hot tub, including bath salts, bath bombs, etc. Any damages or extra cleaning resulting from misuse or additives will incur damage fees of $500, including the total replacement cost. Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK! No jumping or sitting on the hot tub cover. Any damages to the cover will incur a damage fee of $500. Please note additional rules for more info.

GRILL
⭐ Grills are not allowed on the balcony. The resort has a wonderful community picnic area with grills on the Lake side of the resort.

SECURITY
⭐ Our property currently does have an entry camera, and the resort does have cameras. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.

PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.

ELEVATORS
⭐ Elevator wait times may vary and increase during peak summer season. But hey, that just means there are more people enjoying the beach too! Please be patient and understanding, and don't let it dampen your amazing time at the beach! Please know that WE are NOT affiliated with the Laketown Wharf staff and their policies.

BOOKING
⭐ You must be 25+ to book
The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property.
Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in.
No events or parties are allowed.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.

EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.

KITCHEN
⭐ Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.

SMOKING
⭐ NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.

REFUNDS
⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.

*Laketown Wharf charges a mandatory fee of at least $105 for parking and wristbands. This one-time charge will provide your party with wristbands and 2 parking passes. This fee is not included with the cost of the rent. The fee is subject to change as it is set by the onsite HOA.*

Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!
