Long beach resort for the win

Property is always wonderful and xondo waa exactas described. We never figured out the bedroom television.As the remote and instructions were not aligned, but we were able to stream from that television. And all was well.

Great spot to get away from the real world

It was a great experience and a great place to get away from the normal everyday life and truly enjoy the week. The property was very nice and very clean. Have absolutely nothing negative to say and we will definitely be back there sometime for a visit again.

Family Vacation

Our family loves Long Beach Resort. Close to many restaurants, shops and of coarse Walmart. Bill is great to rent from. Second year my daughter and I have rented from him. Beautiful condos very clean and well maintained. We are big beach people but did enjoy the pool and the hang out bar has great food! Thanks again Bill for sharing your condo!

The unit itself was great. My only complaint was the elevator was down for awhile on Sunday & briefly on Monday. 15 flights of steps to the ground level and back was NOT EASY. But that wasn't the owners fault. He was very good to work with.

Very impressed. The property manager is amazing. Second of the units he manages that we have stayed in. It is our third stay in one of his properties. We plan to check out the rest. Not booking this place would be a grave mistake.

Beautiful Penthouse Condo with a Gulf View

We have been renting condos at Long Beach Resort for many years. Bill is a pleasure to deal with and always a text message away. This penthouse condo is beautiful, clean and in excellent condition! The view from the large balcony is stunning....sunsets, dolphins, turquoise water and white powder sand. We wouldn't hesitate staying here again!

We had a great time. Great unit and hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had and offer any help with recommendations and info. The condos had 4 bldgs not as tall as some others, which we liked. The beach was larger than some of the other taller skinnier condos. Some of the other condos had smaller beaches which meant they were more crowded. Loved the beach chair service the hosts provided. Not every unit in this resort pay for that service from what I understand for their guests. Our hosts did so that was huge for us since fly. Plenty of restaurants near by. We had a great relaxing vacation. Thank you to our hosts.

Beautiful view, the beach chairs and umbrella are a plus, not as updated as advertised, probably updated five years ago, and they forgot to include the keypad on the door for entry, the keys are mailed to you, and then you are responsible to mail them back. Once your trip is finished, that’s a first for us, the bedding/comforter set is heavy, for a beachfront condo, and not washed after every use, as it looks to be dry, clean only. There was a blanket in the closet, however, it smelled really bad. I put it back right away and washed my hands 😕 and I hate to say this, but there is a rodent/large bug problem in the kitchen, my husband saw something scurry across the countertop one morning when he was getting up, and I saw a very large cockroach or some type of big bug? Underneath the kitchen sink,(scared the crap out of me,) which does smell of mildew/moisture,(you can purchase products to take the moisture out ) and the bathtub could use a very thorough scrubbing as it has soap, scum, big time, other than those small issues, the location, view, and the beautiful pool in the middle (between towers, one and two) was awesome!
