Remodeled both bathrooms and new balcony furniture provided Summer of 2024! Emerald Isle 1904 is a fully furnished two bedroom / 2 bath beach-front condo with a large private balcony, accessible from the living and master bedroom, overlooking the white sands and clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. It has two king size beds and sleeper sofa, love-seat. and area rug in the living, a new king size mattresses in "both" bedrooms, and a NEW 25 cubic foot, side-by-side SS REFRIGERATOR all installed in May 2021. New high efficiency AC unit, new clothes washer and dryer, new 58" Samsung 4K Smart TV in living room (June 2023)
, LG 4K smart TV in the master bedroom, "new"Samsung smart TV in 2nd bedroom (June 2024), entire condo completely repainted, new stainless steel microwave, dishwasher, range, and new plank flooring were all previously installed to update the unit. Unit 1904 also has new ceiling fans, light fixtures, lamps, and black-out curtains in the living room and bedrooms. This condo comes with "ASSIGNED COVERED PARKING" directly in front of the elevators eliminating the need to compete for parking. Two Beach chairs and umbrella are included for free with rentals from 01 March thru 31 October every year (a $40 per day value). "For child safety", we have child locks on the doors to the balcony.

Be advised Emerald Isle Resort (not us) charges $40 fee "per vehicle" for parking and for wristbands. This is payable to Emerald Isle in the management office on the 4th floor after settling in the unit.

WE ALSO HAVE Two SMOKY MOUNTAIN CABINS LOCATED IN A "BEAUTIFUL UPSCALE RESORT NAMED "CEDAR FALLS RESORT" AT PIGEON FORGE, TN. SEE VRBO #3280169 and #1165348. ALSO SEE "MAPLES RIDGE VACATION RENTALS" WEBSITE AND OUR CABINS ARE NAMED "Moonlight Ridge" and "TUCKERED BEARS 55". CEDAR FALLS RESORT HAS GREAT AMENITIES INCLUDING SEASONAL SWIMMING POOL, PICNIC PAVILLION, PLAYGROUND, BASKETBALL, HORSE SHOES, CATCH AND RELEASE FISHING POND, AND GREAT NATURE TRAILS FOR HIKING.

Back to our Emerald Isle Resort properties, our luxury condominium sits on the west end of Panama City Beach providing a peaceful setting and value away from the noise but only minutes away from Pier Park (1.8 miles to the east). Pier Park is Panama City's newest entertainment destination with shops, restaurants, movie theater, and more. The west end location is near the popular beaches of South Walton and the modern shops and restaurants located along route 30A. Rosemary Beach is only 7 miles away.

Emerald Isle Resort beach front condos has it all ! ...... including a hot tub and two gulf front swimming pools , an exercise room, and pool side steam room. There are stainless steel barbecue grills located at the pool pavilion between both pools.

Our vacation at Emerald Isle was WONDERFUL! The condo was super clean & had everything we needed for our stay, the beds were super comfy, and beach/pool access was easy and convenient. Even the water pressure was fabulous, and the ice maker kept up with our piña colada needs! ;) The view and beach experience were to die for, and the owners George & Gloria were very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. I can’t recommend this property enough - we WILL be back!

We had an excellent stay here. We’ve stayed at Emerald Isle several times, but this was the first stay in this unit. It was supremely clean, comfortable and well appointed. The owners were helpful and in touch to ensure we got settled in without issue. We wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

Great Stay!

My Aunt and I stayed at this property and had a wonderful time. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The deck was ample with a beautiful view. Only a couple of things I would mention is the master bathroom toilet constantly ran and kept me up at night until I closed the door and put a towel down to block the noise. Also not all channels were available on every TV. So we pulled a couple chairs in the master bedroom to watch TV at night. Other than that, it was perfect! I would highly recommend staying here!

Great vacation!

Looking Forward To Next Time

We love Emerald Isle and this is unit is one of our favorites. It's clean, nicely decorated, the kitchen is stocked with nice dishes/cookware and the patio overlooking the Gulf is well furnished. We had one small issue and the owner was in touch in a matter of minutes and everything was resolved quickly. Kudos to her!

Great location

We had a great week! Condo was exactly like the pictures and all the reviews of it being a calmer location and close to activities was very accurate. If you’re looking for a slower pace beach vacation in PCB this condo is it. We will definitely be back.

Great location but need some updates

The unit has a great balcony overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed our morning breakfast and watching the sunrise. However, the unit is outdated. Mainly the hot water tank runs out of hot water in no time. We were 2 families and when both showers were in use, in little to no time the hot water would run out. This caused the rest of the folks to get a cold shower in December! This was one of the biggest issue we found in the unit and hope the owners get a replacement. Overall, a descent place to stay.

This condo was perfect for 2 couples and even better than the pictures! Perfect location with a quiet beach and beautiful views from the balcony. Mikes restaurant was delish and just a quick walk across the street. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in your condo. Everything was so clean and spotless. We really enjoyed the large balcony. We ate breakfast and lunch on it just about every day. I think I fell asleep on the large lounge chairs every evening listening to the waves. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need for a weeks stay or longer. The beds were very comfortable and seemed to be new. We can’t wait until our stay next summer.

Wonderful place

The property was clean, modern, and very relaxing. Waiting for an elevator was the worst part of the experience so totally worth it. Beautiful view of ocean. Not many attractions in walking distance but still a great deal!

Had a “work-a-tion” for the month of March. Clean, quiet, relaxing. SAFE. Far enough away from the craziness of PCB but close enough to everything. Emerald Isle runs a tight ship. Hope to make this an annual ritual. Loved it

We enjoyed everything about our stay except weather but no one controls it. Unit was very clean with million dollar view. Quite and comfortably furnished. Would have to be very picky to complain about anything.
