Everything was great. Great communication with Jim. He made sure we had everything that we needed. He started sending us text a few days before we were to check in to make sure everything was on schedule. Day of check in he sent a message wanting to know our estimated arrival time and then he let us know that our condo was ready for check-in early. I have never stayed anywhere that had this much communication and easy check-in. I would definitely stay again.Great location and Walking distance to Pineapple Willys. I loved the indoor hottub. It was huge. Great view from the balcony.

Loved the condo location and working with Rick. Rick made sure we had all pertinent information the day before arrival and he checked to make sure we were happy the day after arrival. He even let us know we could arrive earlier than the check-in stated time because the unit was ready. The condo has all the basics you want. The large balcony is a dream to sit out on day or night. There are multiple activities within walking distance: pier, Ripley's, Wonder Works and a few shops/restaurants. We loved the ice cream shop across the street for a treat at night. Beach wise - what's not to love. You can rent chairs/umbrellas if needed or enjoy Banana Boat rides/ parasailing. The kiosk for these is near the condo's beach entry. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

Great place to unwind

The only issue we had was when we arrived, we soon found there was no hot water. The owner responded promptly and although it took most of the day for the repair, it was completed. The condo is perfect for a couple wanting to unwind. We will definitely be looking to stay there again. Twin Palms 2003.

Comfy condo

This condo was perfect for us. Having two bathrooms was very nice. The master bed was so comfy. We were amazed at the stunning view from the nice-sized balcony. To me, one of the best parts about the condo is its location. The assigned parking is right by the elevator, which is right by the door to the condo. It’s literally steps away from the beach! There were plenty of towels as well. The owner was so kind and shared info about good restaurants etc. Cannot wait to come again!

Nice property owner, very bad roach infestation

The owner was very nice and communicated very quickly, thank you for that. The condo was not the cleanest and hd a severe roach infestation. Roaches throughout the condo, in the bedroom, bathrooms, kitchen and living room. Only place we did not see any was on the balcony. The owner seemed very surprised by the problem, and sent a bug man to bait them (but didn’t do anything to help the problem) After reading the reviews I seen this has been an ongoing issue for the owner. I had to check all our bags as I didn’t want to bring that infestation home with us but didn’t want the problem to ruin our time at the beach. Next time I’ll throughly read the reviews before I book.

Amazing Stay!

Staying in this condo for our annual family vacation was nothing short of blissful. Everything about the stay, ranging from checking in, readily available access to beach / grocery stores nearby, and comfortability, was tremendous.
