BOOKING POLICIES AND RULES:
To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay, Ocean Reef maintains and enforces the following policies. Our On-Site Property Manager or Ocean Reef Security team are present daily to ensure compliance. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. An ID may be required for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons.
- MINIMUM AGE: The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older to book this condo.
- OCCUPANCY LIMIT: The maximum occupancy limit is 6 guests.
- NO-SMOKING/VAPING: This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING resort, including on the balcony. If you plan to smoke or vape during your vacation, please book a different property. Violation may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of your damage deposit.
- NO PETS: Pets are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the property.
- QUIET HOURS & RESPECT: Quiet hours must be strictly observed. Loud music, parties, and large gatherings are not permitted. Please respect the peaceful enjoyment of your neighbors and their balconies.
PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and the busy summer season, please travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The first vehicle parking pass is free. An additional vehicle parking pass costs $20. The additional vehicle parks in a, first come first serve, overflow parking lot across the street.
