This property is located in Inlet Beach Fl. Nestled in a private, gated neighborhood (Camp Creek) on beach-side of Scenic Route 30-A, with private beach, and private (heated pool)*. 5 Br. 3 Ba. sleeps 12, directly on the beach.

Second Floor has 4 bedrooms/2 baths, 2 king beds, 2 queen beds. 2 bedrooms have ocean views and open directly to large, open and spacious deck which has among the best sunsets on 30A. Kitchen has everything you want including granite top bar, and, together with the dining area and family room, makes for a spacious living and gathering spot with the beautiful Gulf shimmering through the pair of glass French doors! The views are spectacular inside or out!! The ground floor has 1 bedroom/1 bath, bedroom has 1 queen & bunk set. Large living room, TV, and bar which opens to a patio surrounding your own very private pool which is heated in the winter!(with fee) There is a gas grill available on the pool deck. There are some beach toys and chairs available. Beyond the pool is your beach blanket! 'This is as as good as it gets!' Nothing between you and the water! Very Private! Sleeps 12 comfortably! Full laundry room, with ice maker. Perfect for multi-families! Private driveway for 3/+ cars along with 1 car garage.

This place was absolutely perfect for our family of 10. 6 adults and 4 children ranging from 1.5 years to 7. The beach was beautiful, quiet and easy to access. The pool a great escape from the hot sun. Our kids had the time of their lives. We cooked nearly all meals in the fully stocked kitchen with no problems. The house was far better than advertised and more than exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

Wonderful Vacation

We enjoyed our vacation so much. The house was right on the beach and make it so easy for families with young children. The private pool was great and fun after a morning on the beach. Amazing Beachfront Relaxation

It’s an amazing property on an amazing spot on the gulf in a terrific neighborhood! Love how so many spots in the house showcase the ocean— the porch is also amazing! The ocean is right there and the beach is private so there aren’t many people. We don’t live near the ocean so we want to soak up as much as we can and that can happen here. When kids tire of the ocean, they love the pool. There is enough space for kids to have their own areas in the house. While there isn’t a master suite (I’ve seen that is pretty much the ‘negative’ comments people do have) Each bedroom (except the first floor bedroom) is attached to a shared bathroom. If you take 2 bedrooms and the attached bathroom— one could make that entire area a private master suite! Ways to work around that because this is an amazing property!

Family friends annual getaway

We are two families with young kids who travel together every spring and this house was perfect for us. Great location, private beach access was soooo nice and the kids loved the pool. The pool alarm was nice so the kids could play downstairs and we didn’t have to worry. Herman was quick to respond and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Best location on 30A

This property has the best beach access away from any crowds. We have several grandparents in our group and they really enjoy the easy steps down to the beach. The property is clean and stocked with everything you need. The water views are stunning. Only complaint is that the ice maker does not work well, but it’s very easy to buy a bag of ice!

We couldn’t have been happier with this property! The house was really homey and well appointed and had the most stunning views. The beach was virtually private and the pool a great addition. Perfect Vacation Home

This is our 2nd time at this property and we love it even more! The layout works well for our family. If you have someone with mobility issues, the ground level will work well. There are several steps to the main living area but manageable. There are baby gates blocking the steps which eased our minds with a toddler. In addition, there is an alarm on the doors leading to the pool area. The kitchen is well stocked. The open floor plan gives plenty of room for people to walk around and not feel like you are stepping over each other. Having a private pool and the beach right out your door is amazing! It’s a short walk to ocean. Having a private beach makes your stay more relaxing. Very few people come to this part of the beach so it is very quiet. We had an issue with the battery in the pool door alarm and the property manager had someone over to fix within the hour. We highly recommend this house for your beach vacation. We will absolutely return!

Great Family Spot!

The ocean porch views were our favorite way to start the day. We had five adults and two young kids (5 yo and 2 yo) who enjoyed mornings at the beach (enjoying the chairs from the house each time) and afternoons in the pool. Our adult kids rented bikes mid-week and enjoyed riding around the state park and Rosemary Beach areas. The kitchen area was a gathering place for breakfasts and lunches - the counter bar area was great for feeding the littles and they loved the stools. The neighborhood was very walkable for family walks each night with multiple paths that led to the beach for the sunset and then to get back to the house. A wonderful week at the beach!
