This is a newly painted two-bedroom and two-bathroom condo. This 7th-floor condo is located on the beach and has an ocean view with balcony access from BOTH the MASTER BEDROOM and Living ROOM.
705 Celadon is located on the West end of Panama City Beach! This is the most desired area in Panama City Beach!
See dolphins, turtles, and other sea life from your private balcony!
The master bedroom has a beautiful view of the surf and sand. There is a large flat-screen television while you curl up in bed to relax. New King Mattress.
The second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed and a Smart TV. (It's Perfect for the children.)
In the living room, there is a new full-size sectional sofa with plenty of seating.
Fully Equipped Kitchen has a pantry closet for storage of grocery items.
For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the condo.
There are two full baths in this condo. Both have a tub-shower combo. The master bath has a double vanity.
The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a full-size coffee pot, cookware, and all that is needed for dining in. Baby Suction Bowls, Unbreakable Silicone Baby, and Toddler Plates.

Camp Helen State Park is just a few mins away and also just minutes west is Scenic Highway 30-A, where you’ll find the well-known beaches of South Walton – Inlet Beach, Rosemary Beach, Watercolor, Alys Beach, Grayton Beach, Seagrove & Seaside.

Amazing view! The condo was just as pictured. It was was very clean. No issues checking in or parking. The internet services went out for a bit. I contacted the host and the problem was fixed. They responded back pretty quick and that was great! The location was in a very quiet area which was good for us. Also, the restaurants were well within driving distance. Would definitely recommend for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Great family vacation

The floors and baseboards could have been a little cleaner but other than that we had a great stay! The elevator took us right down to the beach, it’s close proximity was amazing!

Our Favorite place

We love staying at the Celadon resort. Its quiet and relaxing. Our hostess made us feel welcomed as we entered. It was a great stay and I'd recommend this condo to anyone who needs some stress relief.

We love Celadon

We have been staying at Celadon the week of spring break for the past several years. This was our first time in this unit and I have no complaints. The beds were comfy, it was clean, and the kitchen had what we needed. It was a nice, relaxing trip!

This condo was beautiful, great views, the host was very attentive to any communication. This is one of the better condos I’ve stayed at the kitchen was more than fully stocked. Will book again!

Favorite Stay!!

This unit was perfect for my family of 5 including three older teens. Location was fantastic, close to everything and just off the elevator. The views are amazing from this unit. I would love to stay here again! Natalie was very responsive with any and all questions I had! This unit is on the 7th floor!

Spring in January

A lovely unit with a wonderful view. Kitchen was stocked very well. Master bed was super comfortable. Natalie made the rental exception easy . I would love to stay again.

We actually stayed in the same building last year just a different unit. Love having our room next to the elevator. The sectional sofa was nice and comfortable as well. Would rent this unit again.

It was a very pretty condo. We had a couple of bumps but nothing serious. The twin beds are in a tiny room just be aware of that but the bedroom was big enough and we had room to move around. I would stay here again.

Unit 705

This room was perfect for what we were looking for. Right on the beach and conveniently located right off the elevator. My only complaint (not the host’s fault at all) is the elevators were on the fritz the first couple days. If you’re looking for a good place to stay, give this room a shot! We can’t wait for our next trip!
