Sterling Breeze was great, and the location was great. Pool, hot tub, and the beach were a big hit for the kids. Loved that we had free beach service as well. Our only complaint is the condo could have been cleaner. Door knobs were sticky and dirty dishes in the cabinets. Floors could have been cleaner as well. The dryer took half the day to dry one load of clothes.

We were very pleased with our stay! It was very clean, well-appointed, and all equipment was in excellent condition- no issues whatsoever!The only thing people should be aware of is that there is no grill on the balcony like the other units, so bring your own grill.

Condo was great. Real Joy vacations easy to work with. However, the owners of the condo were not accommodating. The mattress in the master was awful. It was dipped and lumpy. The owners refused to replace it even after receiving the pictures of the defective mattress. This resulted in my husbands back going out and having to find a chiropractor in the area to go to before we could leave. Again, RealJoy was great to work with and was very apologetic as they did not have a replacement mattress. Other than that, the condo was amazing. Location was perfect.

Our stay was perfect! The location was so nice too. The section of the beach wasn’t too crowded which we loved. We also absolutely loved the beach chair service that was included. The condo itself was way bigger than we thought it would be so that was also amazing not feeling crammed into a condo. Overall we would 10000% stay here again.

Gulf Coast Jam Girls’ Getaway

Beautiful condo with everything we needed. We arrived on Thursday after a long, hot day of travel. I had already completed my resort paperwork and paid the $50, but I needed to print it. We parked on the second floor of the parking garage, but the skywalk was on the third floor. In order to get any luggage cart you have to go in and give your drivers license and/or pay a $5 deposit for an Aldi style grocery cart coin. After we got that sorted out we went to the lobby to checkin. The man at the front desk was not very helpful or friendly. He told me to text my resort paperwork to his number to print. ATT has NO service here, so it wasn’t sending. He treated me like I was an idiot who couldn’t text and said he needed my phone to try. I gave him my phone with apprehension and he signed into a wifi network but was still unable to print it. The whole time he was on his phone and not answering anything we asked or even looking at us. After about 15 minutes my text went through and he printed the paper and gave us our wristbands. The whole checkin process was definitely the hardest part. The condo is just as described and was very clean. There are king size beds in both bedrooms, but in the guest room there is barely enough room to walk between the chest of drawers and the bed. This wasn’t an issue for us, but something to be aware of. There were plenty of towels and starter supplies (towel & toilet paper, dish soap and dishwasher soap) and there is a reg and Keurig coffeemaker

Loved this unit!

We absolutely loved unit 2006 at Sterling Breeze. It was prettier than the pictures even showed
a lovely unit with plenty of space for us. Super clean, in a well appointed building and great beach chair service. The view was stellar and RealJoy vacations are wonderful hosts. Great communication and all the comforts of home. We will be back!

Unexpected

The condo was nice and roomy and there was a nice balcony. Unfortunately, the view of the beach was a little obstructed because of the bay draining onto the beach right under us so there was dirty water flowing the entire time we were there. We didn’t realize we were going to have to pay an additional $50 per car to park when we got there. I thought that should have been included in the amount we had to pay for the condo, but live and learn. There were a few instances where the people working at the condo were a little rude at the pool area and I overheard two workers discussing their annoyance with another guest. It was just not what we expected for our first time in PCB.

Beautiful views and nice room!

The room was exactly as pictured and the views were spectacular! The beds were comfy and we had plenty of space to spread out. We did not know it had a tiki bar at this condo beside the pool so that was not a good scene for my 2 kids with all the college kids partying but that is no fault of property just wish I would have known before! Only downside to the property is they need more elevators, other than that we had a wonderful stay and would book here again!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo is just as pictured. The pool was shut down for a few nights during our stay, which was a bit of an inconvenience. The third floor of the parking garage was also being redone. The pillows were hard and uncomfortable. I would recommend bringing your own pillows. The mattresses weren't super comfortable but weren't back breaking. I would definitely stay at this condo again. The view was beautiful except for the drain from the pond on the other side of the building. It looks kind of gross with the brown water coming from it going into the Gulf.

The condo is just as perfect in person just as the pictures show. It was clean on our arrival and the view is beautiful. The check in process was a little confusing- you actually park in parking garage and check with the concierge just inside parking garage area. But no complaints! This condo is close to everything. The beach service was nice to have and the condo also has plenty of beach toys and chairs as well. We had our 2 teenagers with us and the condo was plenty big enough to spread out. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our 3 night stay here! Clean and situated in a great area. We were a little hesitant to stay here because of the address Panama City Beach, but this didn't have the spring break atmosphere whatsoever. Would recommend!

This is my 2nd time staying at this property. The staff does an excellent job of cleaning and the lobby always smells so nice! Also the condo was VERY clean when we arrived. Beautiful location, water was perfect.

Could’ve been better.

I want to start by saying we had an awesome time at the beach and this condo did offer spectacular view. With that being said, there are only two service elevators for the entire building which at times became very monotonous because of long wait times and then hitting every floor in the way up and down because of traffic. The condo itself was laid out well and very spacious but needed a little TLC. It looked like the walls had been spot painted multiple times and in multiple places. The carpet in the master bedroom could also have used a good shampooing. Also, we weren’t advised of a parking fee that I remember when booking but received an email on the way down stating there was a parking fee for the condo and then upon arrival was told by staff onsite that it was even more than stated in the email and we had to pay it in order to park. I asked the property manager about getting a refund for the extra and was advised it was on the hotel staff and of course they weren’t refunding it as they stated it was their fee. I’m not sure why this cost isn’t included when booking the condo itself. This would have eliminated some of the problem. When checking in and getting a luggage cart you have to give the check in person your license in order to get a cart. Once we unloaded our luggage and I went to return and get my license the security personnel was gone with my license! I had to wait for over 20 minutes for someone to show back up and return my license to me. This policy definitely needs to addressed. As I was waiting there were at least 4-5 other vacationers who came as well and were in the same situation. This is definitely not how you want to start out your vacation. I will say the property managers did help out because the condo we were staying in was being sold at the time and state inspectors were coming to look at the condo. They compensated us for the hassle and that was nice. Once we finally got settled in though, we had a good time and enjoyed our stay.

Good location, easy to get to shopping at grocery stores. Pier Park and restaurants. Great time of year to go as we usually go in the more summer months. Elevators weren’t too busy. Only complaint was no cable and only use of Hulu was available which always didn’t work in main living area. No dish towels or wash rag or sponge was available and had to buy our own. Otherwise pretty well equipped.
