Our stay was absolutely fantastic! Our host was great at communicating and so helpful, the beach staff was courteous,nice and helpful and our condo was more than what we expected, overall was a wonderful experience and will definitely come back again!

Exceeded expectations!

The condo was nice, well decorated, great view from the balcony. So clean and really nice to arrive and come home to. New appliances and nice kitchen amenities, big walk in shower in the master bath felt new and luxurious. Good communication, supportive host. Make sure you print your parking pass ahead of time. We had a really nice time with a week long stay, and the beach access was easy and uncrowded. Five stars all around - only issue we had was other guests smoking on this non smoking property, as well as on the beach, but I'm not sure what anyone could do about it.

Excellent place to stay!

Property was excellent! It was clean, nice and close to everything that you would need. The owner/host was quick to answer any questions and great to work with. I would highly recommend staying here to family and friends and we will most definitely come back again.

Snowbird getaway!

Enjoyed our stay, unit was clean and as described. Only reason for 4 rating on cleanliness was due to construction dust from installation of patio doors/windows. Great proximity and easy access to the beach. Conveniently located across the street from Winn Dixie. Disappointed that the hot tub jets were not working and heard that has been the case for three years??? . All in all, we would definitely recommend and will be back. .

Great Beach getaway

Nice clean unit right on the beach. Check in was very easy. Loved the location. It was a short drive to Pier Park but far enough away that your not in the craziness. Grocery store is right across the street and very convenient.

The condo is beautiful and very clean. The view of the ocean was the best part. Not crowded beaches at all. It was just perfect for my family of 4. Keep an eye out for sea turtles. One laid eggs while we were there and o e swam within feet from me on our last day! Best ending of a vacation ever!

Top notch condo

My family and I usually stay in Perdido Key a few times a year, we wanted to meet some friends for a last minute get away in Panama city, I was hesitant because its always so crowded and im not familiar eith the condos. This condo was the perfect slice of paradise. Clean, comfy, accommodating , perfect view and the beach at this condo was not crowded.

Nicer than pics!

Condo nicer than pics online. Location is Great, right across from Winn Dixie and close to everything! The view from the balcony is Perfect. Sladjana was perfect host, wonderful communication. Condo was equipped with everything we needed, and the A/C was ice cold!! 🙌 Pool was perfect!! The only issue was pool loungers, every mom saved them for their young kids with towels and such. Most saved ones went unused for hours at a time. We stayed busy so that didn’t bother us, but if that’s your jam, get up early and save your own! Plus it was busy Spring Break time. Private beach was our jam and was only steps away. Definitely would stay here again without question. Book this little gem with confidence.

4th of July on the beach

Thoroughly enjoyed this beach front unit. Condo was nicely updated with great views. Great PCB location with less crowds on the beach at the resort. We appreciated that beach chair rental was included. Our host was very easy to work with through booking, check in/out, and quickly responding to any questions we had. We would return to this condo in the future.
