This exquisitely designed tropical oasis is everything you are looking for in a coastal beach retreat. It's the perfect location and the closest house to the beach located on Lyndell Lane – and it's just steps from the beach and all the shops and dining opportunities of Panama City Beach.

Boasting a total of 5 full bedrooms including two Master Suites with private luxurious bathrooms with huge walk-in showers that feature twin shower heads including a tranquil rain shower head. It features 10' ceilings, gorgeous whitewashed shiplap walls, tongue and groove shiplap ceilings in master suites and quartz countertops throughout.

The main level living space features expansive views of the private pool area and outdoor living space and provides comfortable seating for your entire group providing the perfect place for vacation movie night or game on the 75" TV.

The expansive outdoor living space boasts the largest pool on the block (heated for an additional fee), spacious sun deck with a variety of lounge chairs, and separate grilling area with gas grill. The outdoor covered porch area includes another dining table with seating for 8 and a 65" TV so you can watch your favorite sports team from the pool and outdoor living areas.

The chef's kitchen offers designer cabinets, quartz countertops, and Black Stainless G.E. appliances. Coffee aficionados will love the Keurig coffee system in addition to a 12 cup drip coffee maker.

Adjacent is the dining area with table seating for 8, while the counter offers seating for another 3 guests. The kitchen and dining area opens to the living room which has near floor-to-ceiling windows, French doors, flat-screen television and a vast sectional sofa – Just down the hall you'll find a guest bedroom with a king bed and shared private bath with a shower/tub combination.

Ascending the staircase to the second floor you'll find a second master suite that has a private bathroom with a gorgeous walk-in shower with twin shower heads including a tranquil rain shower head. Down the hall is another guest bedroom with a king bed and a shared bathroom. Adjacent to the second master suite is another bedroom with 2 triple twin bunk beds – the perfect place for the young and the young at heart! It, too, has a shared bathroom. The focal point of the second level is the game room which features two Queen sleeper sofas, plus two extra large bean bag chairs, and a 75” TV – the perfect spot for for the whole family to enjoy a movie or game night!

The second-floor porch and game room offer stunning Gulf views.

Spring Break!

My contact was very responsive after having challenges with the pool heater. After he first visit to look at the equipment, he text the next day to see how things were working. After not resolving the issue, he came back again, trying multiple things, leaving us with a warm pool to enjoy. I appreciated the commitment to making things right. There were 12 of us and everyone had a great time. It was great to be close to the beach, even though the weather wasn't great to enjoy it as much as we hoped.

We loved Beach, Please!

Just returned home from a week at Beach, Please with my parents and extended family. Ages 70-4 under one roof with plenty of space!! It is just as pictured. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Our family enjoyed hours in the pool! We were able to walk to the beach as well. Property owner was very responsive to any questions and we would recommend!

Awesomeness!!!

This was one of the nicest condos we have ever rented. The description was accurate, place was clean, pool was a great size, and the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. Only complaint, just a little disappointed that the video game shown in picture was not there in the game room. Excellent communication, would definitely stay here again.

Beach Please? Yes, please!

Having a wide range of kiddos, teens to toddler, I thought it would be iffy on sleeping arrangements. But, everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. Oldest stayed in the game room on the fold out couch and said it was fine. Adults had the en-suites and king beds which were super comfortable! Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cookware. We left our salt and pepper as there weren’t any spices nor oils, so a quick trip to the store was in order. Location was great for a variety of reasons. Beach being the main one for us. The pool was great. So nice to just step out of the house and take a quick dip. Beach access was right across the street. And the street was not busy anytime we crossed it. Lots of restaurants, souvenir shops, and entertainment were all close by. We will be back!!

Beach Please!

House was a perfect layout for our family. Kitchen was well equipped with anything we could have needed. Coffee pot was working but the keurig side of it was not. Pool was really well maintained. We did notice a lot of ants on the patio around the pool but that didn’t stop the fun! Loved it and would highly recommend booking this property. So close to everything!

Property was very conveniently located close to beach and easy to get to. Property was well kept and well equipped. Upon arrival the floors were a little dirty and sandy from prior tenants - could use better cleaning process in transition. Our feet and socks got extremely dirty being in the house. Pool was smaller than pictured and was only 3-4 feet deep. Functional but not really as advertised. We were expecting larger pool. Had an ant invasion problem in the kitchen one day. Management responded quickly with sprays to stop them. May need to contact your pest control and have them look for the source and address if for future rentals. Wasp nest somewhere near the back porch TV area that also needs to be addressed further.

Perfect house for a family!

Great house walking distance from the beach! Loved the house, very clean, amenities nice, kitchen fairly well stocked. Unfortunately it was cold over Thanksgiving & had paid to have the pool heated & then we didn’t use it. Property manager responded quickly to every message sent. Thank you.

Overall experience was really good. Nice house, great location. Very responsive owners. Our ONLY concern was cleanliness. There were long strands of hair in two of the beds around the one of the bathrooms. The couch in the living room is stain filled. The table and floors throughout the house were not clean.
