This condo is self check-in, but guests are required to stop by the HOA office to pay for and pick up a registration packet. The packet includes:
• A $30 parking pass (per stay)
• Wristbands for resort access at $6 each (required for guests age 12+)

Wristbands grant access to all resort amenities including the fitness center, 3 pools (1 heated seasonally), the tennis court, and of course, the beautiful white-sand beach along the Emerald Coast.
