Beautiful ocean and sunset views from the balcony - Panama City Beach, FL

Welcome to Unit 1304, where you can sunbathe, watch the surf, and enjoy beautiful Florida sunsets all on your private balcony located on the west side of the Regency Towers Condo. The Regency Towers Resort Condominium is a gated property with 24-hour security, 2 large-sized swimming pools (one heated), a children's pool, a gorgeous indoor hot tub room, beach side boardwalk and sun deck, 2 lighted tennis courts, an area to play basketball, shuffleboard courts, and exercise facilities. There are charcoal grills and picnic tables around the property for your use. This condominium has the location everyone wants as it has 540 feet of private beach and emerald green waters, so you can walk barefoot to the beach for a swim, eat at the tiki bar by the pool, or stroll over to restaurants located directly on the beach. Parking passes & resort armbands are $40 for 1st vehicle, $15 for 2nd vehicle and $15 for 3rd vehicle per stay paid at check in. Free RV and boat parking at overflow lot across the street. A new bait, beer and ice store across the street. Karaoke and nightly entertainment is provided in the summer.

Regardless of age, there are lots of activities available directly in front of the condominium, such as beach volleyball, parasailing, jet skiing, or banana boat rides. Within a mile you can play golf, mini-golf, ride go-carts, or try out the bungee. Other activities in the area include fishing, greyhound dog races, amusement parks, and great shopping.
Biking and beautiful St. Andrews State Park is less than 3 miles away. Schooners beach club, Newby's , and great restaurants are in walking distance, shopping and entertainment close by.

This complex is extremely family friendly. The unit is a deluxe plus unit on the 13th floor and is fully equipped. The master bedroom has a king size bed with access to the ocean front balcony. The 2nd guest bedroom has a queen size bed. The 3rd guest bedroom has a full size. There is also a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room in total 1350 sqft. We now have free Wireless Internet. Living room to a 46' Vizio flatscreen. All the bedrooms have TV's.

This unit comes fully equipped with all of your linens, along with a washer / dryer inside the unit.
Summer rents Saturday to Saturday.
Check in 4pm check out 10am.

It was a very nice place and fit my family perfectly. It could use a little more TLC on the cleaning side.Kitchen had everything you need to make meals and the family had a lot of room. Pools were great and the private beach was amazing. It is kid friendly but the community does have some stricter rules around the pool such as no balls or floats, but that really wasn’t a big deal.

Fun condo with nice view

We stayed a couple night while at a baseball tournament. I enjoyed the view since we had a nice beach view and some of the city as well. Communication with the host was easy as was check-in.

Close to the beach

Close to the beach and pools on property are great. The condo is outdated, which isn’t a deal breaker. It wasn’t cleaned well, towels smelly, dishes not clean, couch stained horribly, random items leftover on the balcony, floors had lots of sand and we hadn’t even been to the beach yet. The owner was AMAZING with communication and I really appreciated that.

The view is fantastic. Love Regency Towers and the surrounding area. Pools are great and the pool cabana has very affordable drinks and food. Unit was a little dirty when we arrived, however the the owner was very responsive and took care of the issue. We had a great time and would stay again.

Snowbird Resort

Regency Towers is a wonderful venue for snowbirds. Linda is a super host and was always quick to respond to questions and concerns. The issues with the tv and internet reception are throughout the building. The unit was quiet, well stocked and the beautiful sunsets were unbelievable. We met many wonderful people and are returning to the Regency next year.

Beautiful place in a nice quiet area! My 1 and only dislike was that people before us didn’t remove their items before checkout like required to do and the housekeeper didn’t double check it. Other than that it was perfect! Great view of ocean and city, friendly adults and children all around, had 0 issues with other guests there. Great place to stay

Clean and comfortable rooms. The third bedroom is very small. Only one bed per bedroom plus a sleeper sofa. We had 3 adults and 4 kids. It was a little tight, but we were not cramped. Would stay here again.

God's Country Away From God's Country

My title says it all. I'm from the mountains of MT. The only other place I'd rather be is by the ocean. I spent 35 glorious days in this wonderful unit. Woke up and went to sleep to the sounds of the surf. I witnessed the most amazing sunsets, moon-sets and storms right from the balcony. Beach access was right there. Went shelling at least 3 times a week. Once things started opening up around the area, March 1st (which was also my 70th B-day & reason for booking an oceanfront property; Happy Birthday to me! :) ), things livened up quite a bit; making way for Spring breakers. The Regency Towers team were great. I would chat with the morning cleaning crews as I set out for my shelling walks. But best of all, was the owner of this property, Linda Miller. She was so friendly & accommodating. She was always available to answer questions & familiarize me with the area prior to my arrival. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks to one and all!!

Wonderful condo

We had a wonderful stay in Linda's condo. It had everything we needed and slept the 7 of us perfectly. It had a great view from the balcony . Everything was very clean and organized and booking was easy with Linda responding to us very quickly. The tiki bar had the best food and was very convenient. 10/10!
