Perfect family condo!

This condo has everything you need for a stay in PCB. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable with plenty of room. Everything was exactly as advertised in the listing. There were even beach toys and chairs for our use. Ron the owner was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again when in PCB.

We had a great time! Beautiful condo! It worked well for our group. For other travelers, if you are planning to use the "bunk room", the space between the upper bunk and ceiling seemed a little tight. It may be fine for smaller children.

Great Condo!

The condo was beautifully decorated and possibly the cleanest condo I’ve ever stayed in. It was well-equipped and the location was convenient. The property was clean and we were always able to locate staff on the property with any general questions we had. My only complaint is that we had 3 vehicles and locating the public parking was a bit confusing. We thought overflow was paid parking and my friend had a tow warning on her car the next morning. Signage and instructions could be clearer. There’s an app you have to download to register your vehicle in order to not be towed. We found this out by asking a police officer who happened to be patrolling while we were looking for the proper parking lot. Overall fantastic experience!

Wonderful bisit

The property is just as described. Only difference is that the view is so much better in person. You just get the best view from everywhere in this condo. The porch is large and you can see the sunset and sunrise. And it’s shaded completely the first half of the day. Highly recommended.

Wonderful property

This condo was more than we could ever expect! The photos are accurate true to the real thing but don’t show just how large of a space there is in the condo. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, including coffee makers, crock pot, blender, pots and pans, utensils, etc. The access to the beach was right at the foot of the building. We even used the grills that are provided on the side of the parking lot. The owner was very good at communicating and answering all of our questions.
