Ample amount of space/beds for 10 kids and 8 adults. The golf cart, backpack coolers and beach chairs provided were a huge plus. Beach access directly across the street with designated golf cart parking. Overall very satisfied with our stay!

Family vacay on the Emerald Coast

Our family of 11 had a great stay. There was plenty of room and the house had everything we could ask for. There was additional surprises with coolers, chairs and umbrellas for our use on the beach. There was a little confusion with lock box and gate codes on arrival, but communication to figure it out was fantastic. The only thing I would have liked to have known before coming was how high the dunes were at the closest accesses (within walking/bike distance) and how many stairs there were to get down to the beach (about 25 - 36 or so depending on the access). This trip was for my 82 year old mom to see the gulf coast and she could not get up and down those steps. Thankfully, a public beach access about 10-15 minutes away had a ramp all the way to the beach and even a beach wheelchair at the lifeguard station we took advantage of to help her access it more quickly and with less effort. When we booked, we didn't intend to have to pack the car for the days at the beach and worry about parking, but we did what we had to do to make sure she was able to enjoy the beach with us. I only mention this so that others can be prepared for all of the steps if there is a disabled or elderly family member in the group. If the steps are not a deterrent, then this location is perfect as the distance to and from the accesses was a short bike ride or walk from the house. Overall a wonderful trip and I would definitely visit this area again!

Celebration Vacation!!!

House was gorgeous inside and out. Lots of rooms and space to be comfortable. Located across the street from the private access to the beach. We loved using the golf cart to go to the different shops and site seeing. When we were not down at the beach, we enjoyed lounging in the outdoor space and pool. We loved every minute of our celebration vacation!

Dirty, No internet, Terrible Customer Service

Upon entering the property at 4pm, it was very dirty. The outdoor area had not been cleaned. Chairs were all askew and the remains of food were all over the floor and tables/couches. The kitchen was dirty. The fridge had not been cleaned inside. All of the stainless was smudged with fingerprints. The countertops and cooktop were also dirty and needed to be cleaned. There is spaghetti on the wall above the fridge. The powder room off the laundry room wasn't cleaned. The trash was full- sink, floor and toilet were both dirty. A dirty pillowcase was on the sink top. We called management to complain that it wasn't clean. They said they would send a team "immediately" to clean. We left until 7pm to allow cleaning -no one showed up. We called again and were told "they had a busy day" and would come tomorrow. We called again the next day and they finally showed to blow off the pool area. We asked for a late checkout since we were not able to utilize the home the entire time. They told us no. The bunk rooms are completely open to the 2nd floor living area, which is weird. Unless there are fans that will block noise, these rooms are not very useable. The 3rd level twin room is fine, other than it is very hot. There was also miscommunication via the management company about towels. We were told that beach towels were provided. They are not. You must bring your own. The internet is terrible. All our phones were in SOS the whole time. Working at all is not possible.

Close to beach

The house was very roomy w/lots of places to sit & visit. The mattresses & bedding were top notch. The owners asked that we not eat or drink in sitting areas & that was tough to police w/five small children but we did our best. The owners included many amenities like bikes & a golf cart, the kitchen was well stocked w/cooking necessities as well.. nice place.

Family Hit

Rented this house as a surprise for my mom’s 60th birthday. It was a hit with plenty of room to spread out! Golf cart was a huge hit. The steps to beach access were a quite steep for my 85 year old grandmother (wish we would have known/said in description) but she made it up/down a couple days! Overall a great success and lovely property!

Wonderful Vacation- Beautiful home!

We had an absolutely wonderful vacation here. The pictures truly don’t do the home justice. We were blown away. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and we were more than comfortable and felt like a whole additional family could have joined us. The beach access was so close and convenient and we practically had to drag our kids out of the pool everyday. The backyard was amazing and we spent every evening out there! We had a few minor issues but the property management company was extremely quick to respond and help. We would rebook in a heartbeat! Thanks for sharing your home with us. Lots of memories were made!

Wonderful stay!

We had an incredible time celebrating my wife's 34th birthday! It was us and our three children (3, 9, and 13). We enjoyed breakfast by the pool and then swimming. Followed by golf cart rides around the area for dinners and shopping. Very convenient to everything you could need. The property has larger rooms than the photos show with tall ceilings and plenty of room for a family. We could easily have added another full sized family and still had plenty of surplus room. We were incredibly close to the private beach access that we took the golf cart to each day, but walking wouldn't have been a problem if we had chosen that. This house is incredible, and perfect for a family or a large sized group to stay in. We absolutely loved it and intend to return!
