With her tour of the house complete, Pinkie paused…Let's don't forget why you really came here! Beach access is easy and an adventure in and of itself. Outside golf cart rentals are prohibited in Seacrest so biking is a favorite pastime here and you can rent these right at Peddler's Pavillion. You can opt for a 12-minute leisurely walk across Hwy 30-A, through the Sunset community using the pedestrian boardwalk. Additionally, from March through October, the Seacrest Tram Service provides a fun-filled ride to and from numerous designated tram stops to the beach. Tram service runs seasonally every day starting at 9:00 AM with the last pickup from the beach at 5:30 PM.

The condo was awesome. Spacious, rooms were big and comfortable. Very well kept, clean, the view from the balcony was great to the lagoon pool Access to the beach was a few steps away (no biggie). Location was perfect for early morning runs, evening walks to grab a coffee, local shops or a couple of drinks at peddlers. Loved our stay here.

Pleasantly surprised

My family and I stayed here for spring break and we were pleasantly surprised not only by the location and ease of accessibility but also by the number of amenities inside the condo. Plenty of towels (we brought our own sheets and towels incase), garbage bags, cleaning supplies- etc. it was very clean. It’s a definite repeat. Also, the view of the pool was great, the beach tram was literally 5 steps out of the building.

Good times

The unit was a great size for 6 adults. It is spacious with a great kitchen and living spaces. Rooms and beds are nice. It was very clean and we were able to get checked in early. The location is perfect for the pool and ocean. Unfortunately the pool was closed two days while we were there and we couldn’t get a good answer as to when it would reopen. The other unfortunate thing is that there aren’t adequate paper towels, toilet paper, soap and shampoo available during the stay. They require you to get your own. WiFi is great but TV in living area needs to be updated. It is old and tough to operate. All in all we had a really good time in Florida!
