DETAILS: Newly renovated with incredible beach views! Tranquillity Sea La Vie is a fantastic 3-bedroom, 3
-bathroom Seacrest Beach condo that sleeps 6. White shiplap walls, floor-to-ceiling Gulf views,
pale floors, and luxurious finishes create a 30A coastal retreat like no other. Guests will love the
beach views, large community pool, dedicated dune walkover, and gated condo access.

Stepping inside Tranquillity Sea La Vie, guests will find two comfortable guest bedrooms with king
beds off the entryway. A short hallway leads to incredible Gulf views that may be enjoyed from
the open living, dining, and kitchen area. Guests will find everything they need to prepare meals
in a beautiful chefñ€ℱs kitchen with white quartz countertops and a waterfall counter that seats 4.
A sofa and comfy armchair face a flat-screen TV and a cute electric fireplace in the living area.

Pretty but uncomfortable

The condo is a great location, right on the beach. However we were uncomfortable the whole trip due to a very hot master bedroom. No matter how low we turned the thermostat we couldn’t cool down that room. It was very hard to sleep. At this price point, the unit should have adequate AC to cool the entire condo.

Great property!

The unit was fantastic. Very roomy, great views, easy to use appliances. The grounds were well kept. The building itself on the outside could use a bit of work. The stairwells could use brighter lighting.

Great Location

This was a clean nicely decorated condo. A few issues kept this from a five star rating. When we arrived we could not get the code for the overflow parking for our second for 3 days and felt that would be at risk of towing as there was only one assigned spot. Otherwise communication was timely and pleasant. The swimming pool was unavailable due the health code violations per the sign on the gate. Blender was broken, but was replaced almost immediately, that was awesome. Really fantastic view from unit snd the beach was beautiful.
