CHEERFUL GULF FRONT TOWNHOME! WEST END PCB! SLEEPS 6!

This beautiful, fully furnished townhome is located less than 100 yards to the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Just steps from the beach front pool, this condo sleeps a maximum of six people: one king bedroom, two twin beds and a pull out couch if needed. Resort does not have an elevator.
The resort will be charging guests a $40 registration fee per vehicle to park at resort, you will receive a link from guest services to register.
The resort is doing work on their buildings starting Aug 18th 2025 and ends on July 3rd 2026

Our Spacious Double Beach Front Balconies are the Perfect Place to Unwind! Beautifully renovated, Ramsgate Harbour #9 is continuously being updated by its owners. This condo has new furniture, stainless steel appliances, ceiling fans, mattresses, kitchen utensils, decor, paint and tile! Flat Screen TV's in each bedroom. This two story townhouse has the kitchen, dining, living area and full size washer & dryer plus a half bath on the first level. A flight of stairs takes you to the upper level where you will find the master bedroom featuring a king bed where you can look out for a stunning Gulf view from the private balcony and private bathroom, with double sinks and walk-in shower. As well as the two twin beds in the guest bedroom, full bath with tub/shower combo, all for many nights of relaxation. This complex features parking directly underneath the unit for two vehicles and is two flights of stairs to the unit entrance.
Ramsgate Harbour is a hidden gem on the west end of Panama City Beach where you will find mostly low rise condos convenient to all you need for a beach getaway. Close to
Pier Park and 30A, less than a mile away is the grocery, eateries and shops. Northwest Florida Beaches airport is 23 minutes away!
Everyone is welcome, of course! Yet, the responsible party booking this reservation must be 25 years of age or older and remain present throughout the entire stay.

Unit was okay

The unit was okay to stay at, Did have a few issues. The showers would not drain and the commode lid in master was broken, we contacted maintenance but they didn't come and fix either issue, There was still hair in the shower from previous renters, yuck! It was warm in upstairs bedrooms, A/C settings was told not to set below 70 and fan in master was set to low only. The walk to the beach was very easy! Loved that the beach was not crowded at all. The parking was not the greatest. Wasn't a designated spot so we had to take what was left usually further down past the dumpster, not under the units and had to walk.

Great views and location!

We came down for the 3rd or 4th fall break trip. We love Ramsgate Harbor overall and unit 9 was as good as any we’ve stayed in. It had anything we needed and had great views of the beautiful water and beach.

Spectacular View

We enjoyed our stay. Amazing view from most anywhere inside the condo and from the balconies. The beach was clean and wasn’t crowded for this time of year. The condo was clean and the kitchen was great with updated appliances. However compared to other Ramsgate condos we have stayed in it didn’t offer any extras. There was no added beach service, no beach chairs or toys to use. Also, kitchen had nice dishes, utensils and pots and pans but zero pot holders. No extra trash bags, paper towels, dish soap or toilet tissue. Definitely need a light over the washer and dryer. For the life of me I think the second bath had a fake shower. There was a shower head but never could find a way to turn it on. Maybe it’s just for looks. The master bath was a huge disappointment, it is just a basic tub/shower combo with double vanity. The carpet upstairs needs to go. I would replace with the nice tile that was used in the downstairs area. Master bedroom was okay. I would have preferred night stands with drawers instead of tables. And if you want to hang your clothes bring your own hangers. The couch and loveseat could both use a good cleaning or replacing. Instructions for working the TVs would be very helpful as it took awhile to figure out the different options and how to use. Both balconies had spectacular views. However both could use a good cleaning. The upstairs balcony could use a small table. The downstairs balcony had tables and was awesome for dining with an oceanfront view.

Highly recommend for relaxing vacation

In short, we stayed a week, and we would definitely recommend this townhouse. One thing to be aware of is this two-story townhouse that is up two broken flights of stairs. The property was ready early which was nice because our daughter showed up before us. Check-in was easy as we were sent the key codes for the door. It was a bit of a trek to bring all our supplies up (and down) two flights of stairs. The house was very clean upon arrival and we loved that it had a table on the balcony to have meals outside. We noted black mark on the couch and wobbly coffee table leg which maintenance offered to come out and repair right away. The kitchen was fully stocked except for potholders. All the appliances worked well. The AC worked great and never froze which is impressive considering it was so hot and humid it ran nonstop. One of the reasons we chose this townhouse was because we wanted a less crowded area and beach than a multi-story condo complex downtown would have, and we weren’t disappointed. There is a Winn Dixie and Publix super close and it’s a 15–20-minute drive to the pier which took longer due to the construction on both main roads as of June 2024. We would recommend this townhouse to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing stay away from the downtown bustle. We truly had the most relaxing week ever here.

The WiFi is inadequate. The log in did not match the check in information. There was not enough power to use an iPad. This was very disappointing. We contacted the manager and the information he gave us to improve the WiFi was inaccurate. Having no elevator is tough when unloading & reloading the cars.

Destination surprise wedding

This condo exceeded our expectations and the description was spot on. The cleanliness was TOP NOTCH, kitchen very well stocked with everything we needed and then some. The views from our balconies were STUNNING. Our granddaughter had a destination wedding there in Panama City Beach. Her, our daughter and son in law and her sister have been vacationing in PCB for many years so it was only appropriate for her to have her wedding there on the beach right in front of Ramsgate Harbor. Her fiance had never been and didn't want to leave. That being said, another generation of PCB lovers. Thank you again for sharing your condo with us. We will diffently book yours again. Perfect for a Family right on the Beach

Clean, up-to-date, condo perfect for our family of four. (kids aged 9 and 11). It is literally right on the beach and the photos of the unit matched exactly to what we saw when we opened the door. It checked all of our boxes for location to shops, food, beach, pool, coffee, parking, etc. We have stayed at Ramsgate Harbour before but in a different unit but had the same great experience both times. It took about 25 minutes to drive to Pier Park from the condo.This specific unit was not furnished with "beach supplies" like chairs, umbrellas, bikes, etc. but we were not expecting it to have those. Overall a 10 out of 10 a definitely would stay in this unit again.

We enjoyed our stay however there are a few things that really should be made clear in the listing. Firstly, yes you’re allowed 2 underneath parking spots. Getting those spots is not guaranteed however. There’s absolutely no info in the listing or outside the property that parking is unassigned first come/first serve. There are construction dumpsters, vehicles, supplies using many of these spaces currently which makes finding any parking near your condo difficult at times. We ended up finding a resident who explained how and where we can park because the office was closed for some reason at 3pm on a Monday. As stated, construction is going on in a good portion of the complex, which is much needed. Just in our stairwell there’s visibly rotted thru wood on rails and steps are bouncy. There was sometimes construction noise heard inside the condo well before the listed quiet hours. Our biggest complaint of the construction and overall experience is that we figured out it was the workers who were smoking weed every day, all day so that it absolutely reeked in our own condo. I don’t care what people do in their own area but our personal space was overwhelmed with incredibly strong smell. Like we checked the closets completely expecting to find someones stash it was so strong especially in the entry and kitchen. We had to go get air freshener and candles to try and make it a bit less noticeable inside our condo at least. One more note is the codes for the beach gate absolutely do not work as they should. Everyone (not just us) has d to pry the bolt out of the lock and lift/shimmy the door at the same time to get in or out of the beach. The actual inside of the condo is nice (besides the stink from neighboring units) and recently updated. Couches, beds, pillows are newer but aren’t our preference for comfort as they’re very firm. Also when packing supplies, there is zero cooking seasoning, coffee, filters, s/p, etc. Usually we find at least those but there was only some dirty salt. Kitchen appliances and utensils are above and beyond stocked. Overall 3.5/5 mostly because of issues with the property and not directly the condo.
