No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, on the property grounds, and on the unit's balcony. Any evidence of smoking will result in immediate eviction with no refund, as well as an additional $250 cleaning fee.

Homeowners Association (HOA) Compliance: Should the renter/tenant violate any rules or regulations set forth by the Homeowners Association (HOA) governing the property, and if fines are imposed on the owner as a result, the renter/tenant agrees to promptly reimburse the property owner for such fines.

Rental Requirements:

Guests must be over 25 years old.
No smoking or pets allowed on the premises.
Maximum occupancy is 6 persons, with no more than 4 adults over the age of 17.
Washing beach items in the bathtub is prohibited; items must be rinsed off at the beach.

Cancellation Policy:

A $50 cancellation fee applies.
100% refund if canceled 30 days or more before the arrival date.
50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before the arrival date.

Housekeeping Provisions:

Housekeeping will provide initial amenities such as trash can liners, toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
Guests are responsible for replenishing these supplies once they have been used.
