Several issues during our stay; hair dryer not working, towel rack falling off the wall, tvs not working, kitchen sink barely attached, no hand towels for showering, loud as it's right next to a high way, and the most concerning one were the COCKROACHES. Manager was responsive until we mentioned COCKROACHES had to get VRBO involved and said they would be by the next day to fix everything and have a bug company come out to inspect, nobody showed up. Couldnt get a response timely after stressing our concerns to the manager. Told them we didnt feel comfortable staying there after finding bugs. Ended up leaving our stay way early and having to book elsewhere and manager wouldnt provide a prorated refund that I asked for. Currently dealing with that issue through VRBO now. Do not recommended!
