This charming studio style carriage house is located in the exclusive community of Rosemary Beach. This property has a full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Hardwood floors throughout. This house sleeps 4 with a comfortable king size bed plus 2 twin beds, a sitting area and a private full bathroom. Step outside to hear the fountain running in the oversized courtyard or take a stroll to the beach. Bike paths wind throughout the community and your stay includes 2 bike rentals (for up to 1 week). This community has 4 stunning pools, several parks and plenty of greenspace. The Sky Pool, which is an enclosed, heated pool is a short walk away. Walk to the downtown area to shop, get a bite to eat or sip a cocktail patio side. This unique community is a perfect place to get away and unwind. This charming community is located between Destin and Panama City, only a short drive to the many activities they offer. Pet friendly (pet fee - additional $50)

Good value for money in a nice part of Rosemary. The place is a little dated, appliances are old, needs painting but was exactly what we were expecting. Lots of bikes and beach chairs to use. Fridge/Freezer and Washer Dryer in garage were helpful.

We loved our stay in the carriage house. We were in town for a wedding and this property was a perfect location and size for us. There is some items that need to be updated but they didn’t bother us. The bed was so comfortable. We will definitely be coming back 🩷

The host doesn’t respond in a timely manner.The amenities are great!!!The location is perfect!!!The room is small and needs cleaning better.My blanket weren’t washed and that should never be the case. And I was told I could wash them myself. The rooms air is stuffy.It needs updating, it’s old.It wasn’t terrible but they just need to clean, fix it up better, and respond sooner.

We enjoyed our stay at the Charming Carriage House. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location was great—an easy walk to downtown and the beach. We also liked having access to a nearby pool and fitness center. The king bed was comfortable too, which made it easy to unwind after a day out. Would stay here again!

beautiful and close to everything

Our first pleasant impression was that it was bigger than it looks in the photos! There were 3 of us, including myself, and it was perfect for us. It was clean and has everything you need. Linda and Karen are very kind and helpful. The beach is close by and one of the pools is just steps away. The only problem was that we couldn't use one of the two bikes included in the reservation because it was damaged. However, it wasn't a big problem since we walked everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you! :)

This cottage was cute and great for extra space. I do recommend getting the cottage if you are staying in the main house as parking could get tricky with separate parties. Great stay!

Overall, great stay. Place is as advertised. A few things need fixing: fix light at top of stairs, toilet needs adjusting and whole place needs a fresh coat of paint. Would stay there again, having access to bikes and chairs was fantastic. We didn’t even need a car.

Awesome

Place was very cozy and had everything we needed. One does need to bring their own beach towels of course! Very clean and comfortable space. I do think it would be great if there was a light by the entrance/door for when you are arriving at night but other than that it was a great place to stay. Everything is walking distance from here and it is a beautiful neighborhood. Owner was very responsive when we had a small hiccup (very much on us), it was great to be able to get in contact with her quickly. We would definitely stay here again!
