Welcome to Pink Flamingo, your new favorite beach house! Enjoy the quiet, upscale neighborhood of Seacrest Beach, conveniently nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, along Scenic 30A. You'll find countless options for dining, shopping, and entertainment just minutes from your door.

Upon entering Pink Flamingo, you’ll enjoy the open living area with flat screen TV for watching your favorite shows, roomy dining area with side porch for convenient grilling out, and a large, well-appointed kitchen with ample granite counters, and all the comforts of home. On the same downstairs level, you’ll find a queen bedroom with private entrance, a walk-in closet, and hall bath with walk-in shower. If you’re visiting long enough to do laundry, there’s a large separate laundry room on this level for your use.

The 2nd level of the home features 1 king master and 1 queen master, both with private baths - one with walk-in shower and the other with a separate shower and garden tub. The queen bedroom boasts a private balcony for enjoying the evening breezes.

The 3rd level is great for the kiddos with 2 twin bunk beds and a trundle, private bath with walk-in shower, another private balcony, and a wet bar for snacks and beverages.

Last but not least, you’ll have access to the most awesome lagoon pool, and located poolside is The Seacrest Beach CafĂ©. If you prefer a pool day, you can relax to your heart’s content while soaking up the sun and enjoying the convenience of the cafĂ©. We had a great stay at this house! There are obvious signs of wear and tear, but overall the house served our needs! Surfaces were clean, room sizes are generous and the location is perfect!

Great spot for family

Loved the location, great rooms. Very spacious and everyone had their own bathroom. Only a few things need update if you have teens, the WiFi was slow and cut out. The TVs didn’t work all the time. It was cold & rainy while we were here so we were in the house a lot. Just needs tiny updates. But we’ll definitely go back. Very clean!!! Cleanest house I’ve stayed in. Would recommend

Convenient location to amenities

The house itself was great. The beach space allocated to guests at Seacrest is so restrictive and minimal we unfortunately won’t be returning to the beach unless the rules change. It seems the umbrella vendor (s) own the beach, along with private beach owners on either side of the seacrest beach allocated space. This is not the home owner’s or property managers fault but it zaps the beach vacation experience terribly, especially given the prices to stay in the area.

Great area, bad communication

Overall we enjoyed our stay due to the area and weather. The house was OK on cleanliness except for the floors. They were filthy! The internet was down when we arrived. We did the troubleshooting ourselves while waiting to hear from the property manager. That is the part that we are most disappointed with...communication. We had to constantly ask for updates on fixing the internet. We checked in Saturday and due to the weekend we understood when they said it would be Monday before someone could come out. Monday came and went and no word from the property management. We called again Tuesday, no response. We called Wednesday and they said they would get back to us. At this point we had to change our phone plans to get enough data to use for some work and school things that needed to be done. Once we contacted them again on Thursday, they then told us that the internet provider could not come out until the next week. What we are frustrated with is the lack of communication. We understand that they can not control the cable company. Overall disappointed in our experience.

Overall clean, however, surface of 1st floor needs mopping. Soles of our bare feet were black from walking around on the flooring when we arrived
 all that dirt is getting tracked onto all carpets and flooring, stairs, sheets throughout the house. Also, after showering in 2nd floor back bedroom (lime green bed), odor in bathroom was petty bad immediately-May need drain cleaner. Otherwise, happy with our stay.

Good stay, but some things worth noting

Overall we had a great time, and the property worked well for our group of 6. When you check in, make sure you call security to get wristbands and parking passes. To me, Managment should just put these in the property so guests don’t have an extra hoop to jump through to get their vacation going. Just a thought. The tram is a nice perk, but there’s just not enough drivers. The beach was beautiful, but the umbrella companies and property owners force the majority of people to pack in like sardines. The house was so fun, but just anticipate little things like inconsistent toilet flushing in the master bathroom, robe hooks coming off the wall, and chairs duct taped together instead of being replaced. These issues were not major, but I think the property owner needs to address them. Overall we had a good time.

Horrible experience!

100% WOULD NOT recommend this house! From the moldy smell upstairs, to the hot water heater going out, nearly falling thru the wooden platform near the outside shower, early morning construction, less that adequate supplies (towels, soap, etc), door handle falling off, power kept going out and less than clean when we arrived. So disappointed for the price we paid!! Never again!

Pink Flamimgo stay

We enjoyed our stay . Good value vacation. Great assortment of games available. We have been renting in Rosemary for 15 years. Tram service was unreliable and often would not be running. (ie it is raining- seems like best time to be running) House is not well equipped with some basic supplies (soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher soap, TP) Some basic maintenance is needed, (only 1/2 of grill works, toilet runs). Deep cleaning needed.
