The space:
Welcome to the oasis of Laguna Beach - the BEST location in west Panama City Beach! 1/4 mile walking distance to the beach and a short drive to Pier Park or 30A, you are in the most ideal and central spot in PCB. Give your guests the vacation they've always dreamed of in a large, open, and inviting house perfect for groups.

The property can be easily divided into two independent units to ensure the comfort of multiple families traveling together: there are two kitchens, two living room and dining areas, two sleeping areas, and so on...

1st floor: 2 bedrooms (sleep 6), kitchen, dining & living room, one bathroom
2nd floor: master kitchen, dining & living room, one bathroom
3rd floor: 3 bedrooms + one custom bunk bed (sleep 8), one bathroom

PRIVATE & SCREENED POOL:

Relax day and night by the picturesque private and screened pool (not heated), for privacy and comfort, where the evening dim light and LED pool light create an amazing ambient. This area is beautifully decorated with a swing egg chair, sun loungers, chairs, and a cozy bar area.

LIVING SPACE:

Enter the second-floor luxury open-concept living space with tall ceilings, natural light pouring in through the windows, and stylish accents all over. With ample room for the entire group to relax, the kitchen and living room within steps of each other make it an ideal space to entertain. Watch a movie in on of the two smart TV or sip some wine on the comfortable couch and lounge chair.

Find your inner chef in the renovated and fully stocked kitchen, with new stainless appliances and all the essentials you need for cooking. A huge dining table (custom-built can seat up to 14 comfortably) is found right off the kitchen with plenty of seating. Taste a freshly brewed coffee on the back patio overlooking the pool and the sunrise, or on the front patio looking at the sunset.

TVs
We set up our home to engage and facilitate the conversation with family and friends. There are three TVs in the common spaces but none in the bedrooms.

BEDROOMS

After the day is over, retreat to well-appointed and cozy bedrooms. There are many places to spread out and socialize on each floor. With high-quality linens on each bed, you will easily drift away and recharge for the next day's adventures.

The bedrooms are on the first and third floor: two large master suite features walking closets and a studio corner, two spacious and comfortable queen bedrooms, a junior room (suggested for kids), and a boat-inspired built-in bunk bed (situated in the common space - not in a private room) that the kids will love!


Soak in the massive jetted tub or rinse off in the walk-in shower on the third floor. Rinse off from the beach in the full bathroom on the main level or in the outdoor shower, and wash your clothes in the laundry room with a full washer and dryer for your convenience.


FAMILY FUN RECOMMENDATION:
We love entertaining guests at the house or on the beach, but if you feel like going around, here are some ideas on what my family likes to do at Panama City Beach for the week.

Day 1:
The first day always requires some good relaxation at the pool and beach. Have a great dinner at one of the many restaurants around (see my recordation in the guide that Ill share with the welcome email)and grill by the pool.

Day 2:
Day at the Shipwreck Island Water Park. Afternoon at the beach.

Day 3:
Day at Gulf World Marine Park. In my opinion, much better than Sea World where you get a closer experience with the animals. Afternoon at the beach.

Day 4:
Zoo World. Our favorite zoo in the country. Right-sized private zoo with a unique animal experience. Pop in at one of the many miniature golf, go-cart race tracks, arcades, batting cages, and mini-amusement parks along Front Beach Road. Afternoon at the beach.

Day 5:
Take your pick:
Ripley’s Museum, WonderWorks Museum, Sea Dragon pirate cruise. We can always recommend boat rides, cruises, chartered fishing, swim-with-dolphin trips, and boat rides to nearby Shell Island.

Day 6:
Catch one of the 16 movies playing at Pier Park. Shopping time? The many shops and department stores at Pier Park. For the best souvenir shopping go to Alvin’s Island. We recommend their largest store at 12010 Front Beach. Check out the huge Premium Outlets Mall in Destin (20min).

Day 7:
Just stare away into the beautiful ocean and let all your stress leave with the waves

- Golf cart (rules apply) fees are waived based on availability and at the discretion of the host. If golf cart use is provided free of charge it implies no value in the reservation.
- There are 2 flights of stairs in the house going to the bedrooms. Please make note for infants and the elderly.
- We welcome any responsible group however if the majority of the adults in your group are under 25 we require an additional refundable damage deposit paid separately from your booking of $750.
- If you have no review you will need to pay a refundable deposit of $500
