This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom townhome is 3 stories & is located right across the street from the beach. It has room for everyone and is the perfect spot for your next beach vacation!

We have two side by side units which would make a perfect accommodation for a large group or family! Other listing ID is 1358900

The living room features plenty of seating space with a flat-screen TV and a gorgeous view of the Gulf from the balcony. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops with stainless steel appliances and seating for four at the bar. The dining room has seating for eight at the table. The master bedroom is on the third floor and features a king sized bed with a private bathroom. The first guest bedroom is located on the second floor and features a king bed with a beautiful view of the Gulf. The second bedroom is located on the third floor and features a king bed with a private balcony to take in the sight of the emerald green waters. So make your guest list and get ready to take in everything this property has to offer!

Honestly we enjoyed the stay we are not picky people it's pretty far down from the main attractions but the beach was beautiful an clean that was a big thing we drove down a bit to the beach an it was really dirty down their by the pier but the property alone just needed some updates an will we be back 50/50 chance

Great location with small issues

The location is great if you prefer the quieter side of PCB and to be closer to 30A (which is exactly what we wanted!)We had a couple of small issues with the rental experience. One, the bunk room is only meant for small children (sign on the wall says 100 pounds or less). We thought we had room for 4 more teenagers so that was a little misleading.Fortunately, only one extra teen came with us so he slept on the fold out couch downstairs.The other small issue was that the property manager stopped by to ask how everything was going and I mentioned that the water filter on the fridge needed to be replaced (65 days overdue) and he just kind of laughed and acted like that was not a real request. By overall, we would stay here again.

Family Vacation

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The place surpassed our expectations. It was clean and nicely furnished. We enjoyed the short walk across the street to the beach and less hectic paced community. We would definitely stay there again! The only suggestion I would have is to additional seating to the den like a recliner or loveseat.

Great for multiple couples

Our family has several married couples who all got a king sized bed. The downstairs suite provides a private space with queen pullout and small kitchen which worked out perfectly for our family. The large open living space was awesome- complete with a beautiful view of the gulf. We had a GREAT stay!

Hose not clean properly

House was beautiful and in a great Location and neighborhood. Only bad thing I have to say is the house was not that clean at check in. You can definitely tell the house was half fast cleaned. Me and my Family had to do a deep clean before we took our stuff in. We did like the quick response when we had a question. Overall I give it three stars because of The dirtiness at check-in.

Great location and house! Only downside was tv connectivity was awful. Couldn’t watch television due to it freezing and then when it returned tv would either change channels or freeze up again. Mattresses in bunk room were too thin for older children/adults. Fix these two things and rental would be perfect!
