Comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, with two in each queen size bed, and two on the sofa sleeper in the living room which is oceanfront. ***NOTE: This resort does not allow smoking on balconies or any other common areas around the resort other than the gazebo area. Guest must register for parking/armbands upon arrival-this is not included in the reservation fee total.

You'll fall in love with the comfortable leather sofa and loveseat in the great room…enjoy relaxing on the large patio and enjoy family dinners there as well. Watch your favorite shows or sports on the man-sized TVs.

The Main Suite has two extremely comfortable queen sized beds and a private bathroom with a walk in shower. The bright, cheerful furnishings include ample storage, along with a decorative side chair for spare seating, and a large ceiling fan to keep you cool during your stay.

Mariner West is located on over 500 feet of private beach front, just for guests and owners. It is a kid friendly place, too! There's always lots to do. You can visit the lighted tennis court, enjoy the pool, or visit the billiard room with your friends and challenge each other to a friendly game of pool. There's a beach volleyball net & a gazebo, too.

The kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare a gourmet meal or quick breakfast, lunch or a special snack. Dishes, pots, pans, silverware, blender, drip coffee maker and a Keurig machine, too! See the ocean from your kitchen and have plenty of room to cook and enjoy your vacation. If you want to have a cook out, there are gas grills located adjacent to the pool, too.

The dining area has a table and 4 chairs with 2 bar stools. This makes it comfortable to eat in or to sit and play board games or cards.

The second guest bathroom is decorated in a coastal theme. It is a great guest bathroom and is also perfect for those who are sleeping on the sofa bed. It makes getting ready to go out so much easier when everyone has their own bathroom! It features an elegant shower/tub combo with subway tile.

One Parking pass and 6 wristbands will be issued by Mariner West upon arrival and must be returned upon departure. A $20 refundable deposit is required. Parking rules are strictly enforced by the Condo Association.

Minimum rental age is 25. No Pets. No smoking or vaping inside the condo, please.
