We enjoyed this condo and location, it is close enough to all the restaurants and activities. It is mostly newer or updated finishes, 2nd bathroom could use an update soon though. Balcony was nice as well but we mostly spent our time outside at the pool or beach. The beach chair service could use updated chairs as they aren’t the best quality or comfortable. Also, they wouldn’t let us use a set because we got out to the beach at 3:40 one day which was ridiculous (apparently you have to claim by 3:30), that policy is really silly. They should be more flexible and you should have access to them up until 5 no matter what. I mean they were already sitting out empty and he wouldn’t let us use them because he wanted to put them up basically. Otherwise nice trip and condo. Finally to mention, this building had 4 elevators which was nice as some condos the elevator situation can be a real pain!

Apartment was very nice, great area, beach etc. We were there to check in about 3.45 there was no one there to help with checkin process. We left 3 messages before we received a call back. I didn’t show receiving the email giving final details, this was the reason we needed to see and talk to a person. It was all resolved. We have stayed tIn this block before with no issues. Things do happen. The check in blips didn’t stop us from having a great time.

Great place to stay away from crowds

We’ve stayed at this resort multiple years and always come back. This particular condo could use some updating, but overall was what we expected. Like most condos, it could use a deep cleaning. We wouldn’t have normally noticed, but a phone was dropped behind a bed and when we went to get it there was some trash under the bed. I get that’s probably not a place that’s cleaned commonly. Also it wasn’t an issue enough for us to call management about. We actually had no interaction with management during this stay. Everything worked and we were pleased with the outdoor furniture. Beds were comfy. As for the checkin process… it’s a little weird that your check in time is 4pm, but the office closes at 3pm. So we weren’t able to get our parking passes or armbands until later. It didn’t cause any problems, just odd to me that the office and the check in times don’t sync.
