This 7th floor unit offers almost 800 square feet of coastal living space. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating, a large flat screen television, doors leading to the unit's spacious private balcony, and pull-out sofa. The master bedroom has a King size bed and flat screen television. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The bunk area, perfect for traveling with children, allows the unit to comfortably sleep 6. The unit also has a washing machine and dryer.

Emerald Beach Resort is located less than 2 miles from Pier Park which boasts 124 shops, The Grande IMAX theater, Dave & Buster's, Panama City Beach Skywheel, and a variety of other dining and entertainment options. This complex is less than 25 minutes from the airport and is within walking distance to Runaway Island, Senor Frog's, Sharky's, Zollo's Pizza, AutentiKa Mexican Grille, & more! Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time at Emerald Beach and we loved that it had so much to offer. This unit was very accommodating, was very clean and comfortable to relax in after a long day at the beach. We hope to be able to visit again in the future!

Great unit

The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay at PCB. The resort was upgrading elevators, so the instructions given for ease to the room was not as easy, but would definitely be if they were in full use, but the other elevators are close by and it did not affect us at all. The beach service included was such a nice extra treat for our family. Would definitely stay at this unit again.

Easy check in. Great communication with property host. Unit is cute . Condo is in great location. Loved having free beach chairs included. Liked the onsite amenities and pools. Downfalls - elevators were extremely slow. Thankfully stairs were walkable when needed being on 7th floor but with beach gear and check in/out it really took Forever. Walls are not very sound proof, you can hear your neighbors and construction . Main lobby/skywalk area has a weird smell almost like urine tried to avoid this area as much as possible. Sofa couch is pretty uncomfortable. Overall we had a great trip and stay here.
