*** The resort is starting to do a full exterior painting of the building. The tower that our condo is in will be started on September 14th with it being scheduled to finish on 01/15/2027. From 10/19 - 11/27 all balconies and the pools in this tower will be closed. The pools in the other tower will be open throughout the entire 09/14 - 01/15 time. All work will be done during 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The other tower will begin it's painting on 11/30 and should be completed on 02/19/2027. From 01/18/27 - 02/19/2027 their balconies and pools will be closed but the pools in this tower will be open.

*** Beach Chairs are Included from 3/1 - 10/31!! There is no beach service from 11/1 - 2/28***

Start out your day by utilizing your fully-equipped kitchen and sitting on your balcony eating breakfast as the sun comes up!! Next, either work out at the state-of-the-art fitness center or skip it and head straight for one of 5 pools. There is a pool here that will satisfy any age group. Hungry? As lunch approaches, why not try out the Riptide Bar & Grill that is available all year round.

Need groceries but don’t want to drive? Just visit the store across the street and grab an ice cream cone while you are at it. There is even an Alvin’s Island where you can purchase lotions, sand toys, bathing suits and towels.

End the day by playing a game on our Wii U GAMING CONSOLE. But, most importantly, take time to enjoy the sunset as you reflect back on your day of fun!!

This was a lovely condo that looks exactly like the pictures in the VRBO description. It was an unobstructed view of the gulf with the most beautiful sunsets.The kitchen was well equipped for making meals and there was plenty of storage space and closets. We had an issue with the thermostat and our host answered our call immediately and the problem was solved. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful condo with everything we needed! It was very spacious and clean. The bathroom for the master was huge and the master bedroom itself was very spacious as well. Our children loved the full size bunk beds and said the beds were very comfortable. The balcony was large and had an amazing view of the Gulf. The pools were plentiful too! We had such beautiful days. The coffee shop was so convenient too. Grabbed my morning iced latte there but had a keurig in the condo for use too. Highly recommend! Thank you for renting out your beautiful condo!

The communication from the host was excellent. Made us feel at home before we even arrived. The condo setup was awesome. The floor the condo is located on is prime height to see dolphins off the coast. The resort itself was excellent as well. Great pools, kids splash zone, hot tub.

The location of this condo is so good!! It was just the right size for my family of eight. It has a great view of the ocean and the beach. Very short walk to the beach. Great place to stay with kids. Can’t wait to stay here again!

This was our first time renting at this place and the seven days of renting was perfect for our family. We have 5 children ages 7 to 3 months and the clean beach and pools and hot tub were perfect. We will rent this place next time. The free internet was fast and allowed me to do some remote working. The parking garage is huge and could handle our large high-top van. The elevators worked perfectly. The only complaint that I have, is that I wish that this place was mine.

Excellent Spring Break

We came down to PCB for our spring break and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! The condo is just like the pictures, if not better. The view is amazing, location was perfect for us, and owners responded in a timely manner with any questions we had.

Very pleased with the our stay!

The house was very clean and had everything you needed. The condo was just enough out of town where it wasn’t loud or busy but close enough to make a quick drive to eat or shop. Property manager was friendly and super quick to respond. Enjoyed our stay so much that we might come back next year!

There was no cooking spoons upstairs and neighbors had a little bit of noise, but Understandable do to it being a vacation needed a few extra towels and rags but overall the day was great would recommend
