Notes and Rules:
Grand Panama Resort DOES charge guests a parking fee that is paid directly to the resort. Warren Beach Rentals has NO latitude in this fee. It will be in addition to the rental costs. It is a one time fee per stay, and the fee may vary but at the time of this writing it is $50.
The condo is in the gulf front tower (Tower 1) and is on the 3rd floor. The master bedroom and the balcony both have exceptional views.
Guests must be 25 or older to reserve and primary renter must occupy the condo the duration of the stay.
No party, high school, or college groups allowed.
No Smoking, vaping, or illicit drug use in the condo.
