We liked the ground floor room it was right at the pool.We had our grand babies with us which worked out great.The location to the beach was awesome also.

Nice Condo

The condo was clean and just as described. All of the furniture was updated. There was a a $300 fee per pet. This is not a refundable deposit. The fee is listed in the description, I just wasn’t aware that it isn’t refundable. My only complaint is that there were only 26 hangers in the master closet :).

7 out of 10, don’t throw balls in the pool!!!!

This was our second year in this condo, third at Treasure Island; more than likely our last. We always vacation the week after the 4th of July. This year things seemed different and maybe run down. The mattress in the second bedroom was awful. The one is the master wasn’t great. Shower was really moldy and the toilet didn’t flush good in hallway bathroom. Wi-Fi was slow. Don’t try throwing a ball in the pool, they lose their minds. However throwing things from higher balconies and other extra curriculum activities were fine. (Not that smoking is a big deal to some but some parents it bothered.)The store/tiki bar use to have good drinks, now it’s over priced pre-maid slush. Don’t forget the additional $35 for parking. We had someone park halfway over their line in our space, resort did nothing. We had a few parking spot issues this year. These were our only issues and the negatives. The positives are there is no traffic on the lower lagoon and so many awesome places to eat. The condo is nice and is exactly how it’s described in the listing. We didn’t see any bugs and had a great time with my family. You won’t be sorry staying here, just letting you know the stuff I didn’t like. Also, people throwing trash down the compactor was loud as well as the garbage truck emptying the dumpsters every morning.

A little disappointed

It was fairly clean. But the carpets were so old and dirty that it was hard to appreciate the rest. We had 14 older ladies staying One bathtub did not drain well and a few hooks in bathroom off the wall. Only one kitchen towel and cloth for a whole week. No potholders. The location was great and loved king beds. Wouldn’t mind staying again if you could get rid of carpets

Great place and location

We love Treasure Island everything was great except the guest bedroom mattress it felt like sleeping on a box spring. Other than that we would definitely recommend this condo, especially if you have pets.

The best.

19 days before our trip my aunt fell and broke her hip. She was still able to go and sit by the pool. The room was right in front of the pool. So even though she was in some pain she had a nice time.
