This lavishly decorated one bedroom unit has upscale furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and GE profile appliances includes a separate dining area which seats 4, breakfast bar seating 2, and laundry area with washer and dryer. The living area provides a great space for entertainment or relaxation with a flat screen TV/DVD player with cable TV, Wii gaming system w/ 3 games and 3 controllers, WiFi internet, and a beautiful view of the ocean from the 20th floor. Guests can access the fully furnished beachfront balcony from the living area. This unit sleeps 5 with a King size bed in the Master Suite with adjoining bath, a hall bunk-bed, and a queen sleeper sofa.

*GOOD* ‱20th floor provided expansive view where we saw turtles, dolphins & sting rays ‱Being close to elevators saved us time going to/from the beach/pool ‱Comp beach chairs were nice! ‱Activities provided by Xplorie were great! Would recommend B1G1 sunset cruise w Island Time! Also played a free round of mini golf at Swampy Jacks*BAD* ‱DIRTY. I messaged Four Stars about the dirty coffee carafe/base the first day and, to their credit, they did promptly send someone to clean it. The next morning we noticed EVERYTHING was dirty: a coffee cup with bright pink lipstick stain, bowls/plates w dried food and dead bugs on/in them, and a gross brown stain on the bed skirt at the head of the bed. All of which I took photos of as I worried they would try to charge us. Whomever is contracted to clean the condo is absolutely not putting in the appropriate time or effort to do so ‱Mattress and pillows were horrible*Out of condo's control* ‱Elevators were LOUD being so close and kept us up at night ‱Tiki bar opened/closed willy nilly. Supposed to be 11a-sunset but opened randomly 1130a-1230p and closed between 330-730p ‱Sky bar smelled like urine, which I assume (hope) is the cleaners using ammonia for cleaning. Other than the smell, we enjoyed the activities in the Sky Bar (happy hour, bingo, karaoke).

View to remember

We enjoyed our stay at this resort, and room No 2032 was fantastic. The condo was roomy and very clean. The process was easy from checking in to checking out. The beach wasn't crowd at all. I enjoyed having the free beach service lounge chair & umbrella.

Great location, awesome beach and pool

Stayed here for my sons travel baseball tournament. Location is about 15 mins from Publix Sports Park which was perfect. Beach was great for kids and adults with plenty of room. We also took advantage of the pool and bar at the pool. Room was clean, had everything we needed and was perfect size for the 4 of us.

Very nice unit

Turned out to be a very nice, clean, unit. Evidently the unit had been recently remodeled. It had new appliances in the kitchen and was well equipped. The unit had nice carpeting in the living area and bedrooms which was nice to have instead of cold tile. Very comfortable recliners and furniture. There was some extra beach toys and boogie boards for the kids. I've seen complaints about the resort and elevator waits time but honestly it wasn't too bad. We will definitely stay here again next time in Panama City Beach

AMAZING CONDO!! Perfect place!

My husband and I went and the pictures on the listing do not do it justice! It’s been newly painted and seems the kitchen is remodeled. The carpet looks new and very clean!! The entire place was super clean. It was much larger than I expected. The view was amazing and I normally do not like the 20th floor or anything that high but it was a great view. The water couldn’t have been more clear and calm! The bed was super comfy. I did bring many food supplies and glad I did bc there wasn’t any spices or salt/pepper or other extras, which was ok but would be nice. Plenty of toilet paper and paper towels and dish detergent. It really was perfect being on the beach and truly steps away from beach and pool. luckily we left just ahead of the hurricane. Just in case anyone loves Mexican food
. Diego’s was GREAT! Probably the best food we had there and it’s just down the street. Groceries, food and shopping are all within walking distance! We would definitely love to visit again. Thanks again! from KY

Great vacation

My family of 4 (all over 18) and a great time in PCB in this condo. It was very clean and comfortable and the view of the ocean and beach is fantastic. The only complaint is that the elevators can be a bit of a hassle with frequent stops. Beautiful! Would definitely stay again.

Spent more time waiting on an elevator , then I did at the beach. On average waiting 45min - 1hour waiting to get on an elevator because only 2 out of the 10 worked. Ridiculous

Spring Breakers Flood!

Spring breakers broke the sprinkler system in the condo above us and our unit was flooded! Water pouring from the ceiling and down the walls. Three inches of water in the kitchen and bath. Feel so bad for the owners😱. The property was very warm and homey up until then. Hope they can regroup. Don’t recommend Four Star Condo.

Great condo!

My family of a two and three year old and two adults had a blast at this condo. Fantastic location, easy access to the beach and pools. Close to pier park and other fun things to do. Very clean and quiet. Everything worked well and it was just overall a great experience!

Excellent, but then not.

Unfortunately the sink clogged the first day there and was an ongoing problem all week . My husband worked on it as much if not more than the others did. The water kept turning off and happened at a couple of times when least expected, like mid shower! We’d have to call and get it turned on. We usually stay on the Wyndham property but didn’t this time so we are very familiar with the resort. Sadly I guess because of the times, elevators were a problem, resort staff was minimal so no service at the tiki bar. All said though, our room was beautiful, we love this location and we WILL stay again on the owner side and will use Four Star again. It was just bad luck this time. We love Emerald Beach Resort.
