Welcome to "Latitude Adjustment " at Tidewater beach resorts. This is a 1 bedroom + bunkroom and sleeper sofa on the 8th floor. Sleeps 6 people. Master bedroom is gulf front as well as living room. Newly updated! New flooring and decor. NO CARPET!!! Plus brand new king mattress, new chairs, sleeper sofa, decor and patio chairs. New HD cable also! Enjoy waves Bar and grill onsite or cook to your liking in the fully equipped kitchen. There is 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor heated pool. Workout facilities with sauna and hot tub. Onsite arcade, movie theater and Starbucks in the convenient store as well! Pier Park is within walking distance. Where you will find tons of shopping, entertainment and food to explore! 2 Beach chairs and umbrella in unit for you to use!

***NOTE*** No Pets allowed on property and no smoking in or on property. (There is a smoking area in the garage on the 1st floor by the green fenced in area) There is a $32.10 resort fee to be paid to Tidewater beach resort directly at pre- registration or during check in. This is to cover wrist bands and parking passes for the entire group. ( Maximum of 2 parking passes and 6 wrist bands )

Best location/best floor plan

We have stayed in PCB/30a area at least 9 times. Tidewater was absolutely fantastic and our favorite! This unit is the best 1 BR/bunk/2bath floor plan with windows galore and access to balcony from LR and BR. The bunk and 2nd bath are behind a barn door and not out in the hall. lose to the elevator. I hope to return.

A great time!

This condo was perfect for our beach get away! It was very clean and very well equipped! The coffee and extra toiletries were a great bonus! Our favourite spot was the balcony! We loved that the comfortable master bedroom was on the water side so we could go to sleep and wake up listening to the waves! Terra was very readily available and even checked in with us mid stay! The resort was large but very well organized and all staff very pleasant! Would definitely book this condo again!

Awesome vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, very easy getting in and out of the parking garage. Condo very clean. Terra the owner checked on us just about every day to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place to others and would definitely stay here again.

My Family and I enjoyed our stay here, great location, and food options in the area. Busy area which is always expected. We had some minor issues but Terra was awesome in communicating with us during our stay. That was greatly appreciated! Absolutely Stunning

As a first-timer to Florida and the Gulf Coast, I was beyond pleased with this condo. Clean, reflective of the online descriptions, and out of this world views. As others have stated, the elevators in the building can have long waits, however, with older children, we slept through the early morning trips down to the beach for the families with younger children. When we didn't feel like waiting, we took the stairs down and 8 flights is definitely doable. There are a lot of people at this condo and we were fine with that but if you are wanting a more private vacation you might want to look somewhere else. The crowds didn't bother us at all, it is summer after all, but something to consider. The only thing I noticed in a less-than-positive light is that the dryer does not dry properly. I cleaned the lint each time so I am thinking the vent lines themselves are probably clogged and need a good cleaning. Had to separate small loads into 2 or 3 and dry each one at least 2 times. However, our family would definitely return to stay in the condo. Absolutely beautiful, clean, great communication with the host. TIP: The house host recommended taking our stuff down to the vehicle the night before check out to save time in those busy elevators. Oh my goodness, we did just that, except for our cold food items, and it was MUCH easier in the morning. So, do that! Thank you for an amazing "attitude adjustment" vacation!

Great Weekend Getaway

Just Right!

Beautiful little condo right in the best part of PCB. The tidewater resort had plenty to offer and the condo was exactly as depicted. The owner reached out to us to make sure we had everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable. Elevator wait times were the only thing we didn’t love but it’s a big place and it was pretty full so that’s to be expected. We had a perfect weekend! October is a beautiful time to go! Highly recommend this unit.

Beautiful beach

We enjoyed this condo and the beautiful beach. 8th floor is just the right height to be. There are beach chairs and an umbrella to use, which was very nice. It was in the perfect location to walk to Pier Park and to the grocery store. Which is like 10-15 min. walk. Will come back again.
