Kinda in hard to get to and from the room bc of how high up it was from the car. And the elevators were always full. Room was great once we got to it. Didnt want to leave the room though bc of the time it took to get to the ground level. Overall was a decent place, just a little crowded.
Unfortunately , our experience left a lot to be desired. When we arrived, there were no luggage carts available, and we were told there are only six for the entire complex — meaning we had to wait until someone returned one. Overflow parking was “across the street,” but in reality, it was quite a distance from the building. The unit itself needs some serious attention. The towels, washcloths, and hand towels were the lowest quality I’ve ever seen in a rental. The mattresses were uncomfortable, and the pillows were flat as can be. There were no hangers provided in the closets, and all of the bathroom drawers were dirty, showing signs of mold — they really need to be thoroughly cleaned and lined. The ironing setup was also disappointing, as the unit only had a mini ironing board. The loveseat in the living area even had a hole in it, which made the quality and upkeep of the furniture look poor. The towel hanger on the back of the bathroom door was broken and could have been easily replaced to make the space look tidier and better maintained.Around the property, the pool chairs on Level 10 were stained and worn out. The elevators were painfully slow, which made getting around the building frustrating. The lack of upkeep, cleanliness, and basic amenities really took away from our stay. With some investment in maintenance, better supplies, and more efficient services, this could be a much better vacation spot.
