This stately beachside mansion has 2 generous front porches. Inside, guests will find wide-plank hardwood floors, exposed ceiling beams, and 3 guest bedrooms off a hallway that leads to a living area. 2 guest bedrooms have king beds, views of the front porch, and private bathrooms with shower/tub combos. A third guest bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with shower. A cozy living area has a guest bathroom, a small dining table, a queen sleeper-sofa and armchairs surrounding a TV. French doors open to a covered outdoor patio with sofa and chairs that step down to a pool deck and courtyard. A deep pool with a sun shelf is flanked by chaise lounge chairs and a premium gas grilling station. Behind the pool is a large putting green. Once the sun has set, guests will enjoy dining by an oversized brick fireplace.

On the second floor, exposed ceiling beams and natural light create a calming environment for guests. A glass-front refrigerator and upright freezer surround a premium gas range in the open kitchen. An eat-in island divides the kitchen from the living area. A dining area has a coffee bar and French doors that open to an outdoor dining table with views of the pool below. A guest bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom with shower is off the living area.

A loft on the third floor has Gulf views from a covered balcony and a bunk room with a full-over-full bunk bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. A private bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

Walton Rose's Carriage House feels sleek and modern. In the living area, a queen sleeper sofa provides extra space and faces a spacious kitchen and dine-in island. A shared bathroom has a soaking tub, shower, and a washer and dryer.

A loft bedroom has a queen bed, twin sleeper-sofa, and half bathroom on the second floor.

BEACH ACCESS
Two access points, just a short walk from the home:

1. Winston Lane Public Access. Located less than .08 away. This access is on the western border of Inlet Beach where it meets Rosemary. There is not public parking available, but plenty of bike racks if you choose to ride a bike.

2. Inlet Beach Public Access. This access has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season. Located at the end of South Orange Street about 200 yards south of US Hwy 98. Inlet Beach Regional Access is the largest county access and features three dune walkovers and 117 parking spaces.

*Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises.
*No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited including back porch/deck.
*No parties or events.
*Complimentary golf cart can only be operated by guests over 25 years of age who provide verification. Rental agreement requires a valid drivers license and proof of existing auto insurance coverage.
*Elevator (Elevator usage is not available for guests unless it is needed by an elderly or handicapped individual. Please contact Stay on 30a prior to the arrival date for such arrangements. Elevator goes between first and second floor)
*During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues no wifi, or slow wifi.
*Private Heated Pool With Spa **Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $25/day. Must be heated for duration of stay. If selected, it must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on.
*There are no refunds for weather related events. We advise trip insurance during hurricane season (May-November)

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
