With room for up to 12 guests, this spacious home features a private screened-in back porch and open front porches, ideal for unwinding and taking in the picturesque water views. The gated community offers easy access to local dining and shopping in downtown Carillon, providing both convenience and enjoyment.

Inside, the home is designed for comfort and relaxation. The first bedroom is ideal for families with a king bed for restful nights and a triple bunk bed for the little ones, creating a cozy retreat. A shared bathroom ensures easy access for all. The spacious living room is perfect for gathering, featuring comfortable sofas that invite relaxation and conversation. Enjoy movie nights on the large TV or unwind by the fireplace, with direct access to the front porch and scenic views of Lake Carillon. The dining area seats 7, and the adjacent eat-in kitchen offers additional seating for two. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator with an ice maker.

Upstairs, you’ll find a washer and dryer for convenience. The second bedroom has a king bed, a TV, and private balcony access for peaceful moments. With its en-suite bathroom, this room offers a retreat. The third bedroom is a serene haven, featuring another king bed, a TV, and a lounge area with loveseats, ideal for relaxing with a book or enjoying the views from your private balcony overlooking Lake Carillon. This room also has a private bathroom for added comfort. The third floor features a loft with single beds, perfect for extra guests, and includes a sink and mini fridge for convenience.

Carillon Beach is a gated upscale beachside village between Inlet Beach & Panama City Beach. Walk along the promenade to the town area which includes a chapel nestled in the trees by Lake Carillon plus restaurants and shopping. There are tennis and pickle ball courts as well. Paved roads and sidewalks create a safe place for kids to ride bikes and walk to activities. Bicycles are available for rent at Carillon Village.
